Zarathos is an Ectonurite harvester from Anur Phaetos, but currently resides in the Antimatter Universe, in Ben 10: Omnitrix Unlimited.
Appearance[]
Zarathos resembles a standard Ectonurite, his true form being a misshapen horror, having greyish purple skin with black and white tentacles hanging from a hole on his chest, long black claws, a tail with black and white stripes and an upside down skull, with only one purple eye.
Zarathos' shielded form resembles a cross between a stereotypical ghost and a scarecrow. His second skin is connected with stitches, his patches having varying shades of grey and white and he wears a brown scarecrow mask, with one hole for his eye.

Zarathos, being an Ectonurite, possesses all the powers and abilities of his species.
Equipment[]
Zarathos owns a scythe, which he wields with great skill. While he usually utilizes it for harvesting, he will not hesitate to use it in combat.
