Xceed Stinkfly has a robotic bug/insect body and four insect-like armored legs with two arms, whose hands are human-style ones with four clawed fingers. He has four pedunculated eyes. These eyes are linked directly to the sides of his head. He also has a green faceplate and two white antennae. His wings are made of pure light, and he can also retract them. He has spikes on his shoulders and knees, as well as extendable metal plates on his arms. He also has an extendable stinger. The Xceedtrix symbol is located on his chest.

Xceed Stinkfly possesses two energy wings that allow quick and agile flying, and can change directions at exceptional paces.

Xceed Stinkfly can excrete high pressured streams of liquid from the pollen ducts located inside of his eyestalks. These liquids can be both a flammable toxin or an immobilizing adhesive.

Xceed Stinkfly's tail is extremely sharp with an energy stinger-like end that can tear and burn through steel almost effortlessly. His armored body is practically impenetrable. Xceed Stinkfly also has great strength in proportion to his body, being able to carry heavy loads while maintaining steady flight.

Xceed Stinkfly has 360-degree vision, as he is able to move two eyes at the back of his head and keep the other two eyes at the front of his head.

Despite his mouth now being covered, Xceed Stinkfly can still fire ropes from his arms with which he can use to swing, as well as serve as a grappling hook. 

Thanks to his armored legs, Xceed Stinkfly can press them on the ground and release to take to the skies much faster than just flying. He can also use them to dig on the ground.
