It has the appearance of a large cyan & green worm. It hides the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol. In fact, it is located inside its mouth.
Albedo as Wormhole has red eyes.
Niklas as Wormhole has yellow eyes.

Wormhole can travel at lightspeed and create wormholes to teleport to another place in the universe.
It can also survive in space.
Weaknesses[]
Wormhole does not have arms or legs, which means that it needs to levitate when on ground.
