Will Harangue is a human from the planet Earth. He is an antagonist in Ben 10: Ultimate Hero.

Biography[]
Will Harangue first appeared in the episode Damage, where he was giving his typical propaganda news about Ben. Until he was cut off by a large explosion, originating from the building he was in. Ben arrived at the scene to investigate when he saw Will being held captive by Albedo, who was under orders to take Harangue away for reasons he would not tell. Albedo was chased by Ben until he was nowhere to be found. Before Ben left, he told Harangue that this would be a good time to tell everyone that he saved his life, otherwise he would regret it. However, just as Ben left, Albedo rendered Will unconscious and brought him to the Envoy.
Will makes his return in the episode Dark Frontier, where he is working with Driscoll's faction of the Forever Knights. He suggested that the Forever Knights take technology from abandoned DNAlien facilities so they can be used to assist their anti-alien activities. Harangue also used this as an opportunity to break Ben Tennyson. As Will and Driscoll were having a debate on using the Xenocytes, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin infiltrated the base. Using this distraction as an opportunity, the former newscaster steals the Xenocytes, resulting in the deaths of Joseph Chadwick, and Driscoll.
Four Days later. Ben and Kevin are held captive by Harangue, who bonded with the Xenocyte Queen, believing he can bring humanity to a new age, by turning everyone into DNAliens, and using the advanced Highbreed Weather Array. Will claims that he is confident that he can control the Xenocytes on his own, but when Ben asks him if he is willing to bet humanity's existence on it, he begins to falter. Will desperately argues that sacrifices need to be made, but Ben says that he had sacrificed too much. He continues to mock Will at his lust for power. Will responds by saying that he is 'The Savior of Humanity' and attempts to kill Kevin, but is knocked out just in time by Gwen. Harangue is then taken away by the Plumbers after the end of the episode.
Powers and Abilities[]
Will Harangue had no special powers or abilities until he bonded himself with the Xenocyte Queen, granting him control of the group of DNAliens at his command. However, this proves to act as a double edged sword for Harangue, as he did not have full control over the queen, which resulted in his delusional behavior.

- Will Harangue's original fate in Dark Frontier would of had him being killed by Ben or Kevin. But due the circumstances of the situation the characters were in, it probably wouldn't have worked out well.
