Mut
His 11-year old Mut form has his 11-year old Omniverse appearance. His 16-year old Mut form has his Omniverse appearance, but has a green and black brace for the Omnitrix on his shoulder. He still has his collar.
Liz
Liz Wildmutt has the appearance of the Vulpimancers from Truth but has the Omnitrix on his head.
