Synopsis[]
The famous superhero Captain Nemesis arrives on town and everyone seems excited about this, except Jay, who had never heard about the guy and he starts to suspect him, trying to prove that he isn't what the public think he is.
Plot[]
[During the night, people are running away from a big red robot with a big wheel on place on its legs, a round waist and circular head, long arms and claws with a red glow surrounding them and a big red eye. It’s Accompanied by robots similar to it, but their color are blue. Suddenly, a figure slashes several robots, which explodes and stabs one of them, which also explodes. The figure reveals itself to be Ninjatsu].
Ninjatsu: Sorry fellas, but this world ain’t your to take – The robots start shooting lasers from their eyes at Ninjatsu, who dodges them while reflecting the lasers with his swords. Suddenly, a blue laser hits him on the back, making him crash on a car – I hope the guy that owns this car has car insurance – He puts the swords on his lards, jumps high and creates a shadow energy shuriken – Eat some shadows! – He throws the shurikens at the robots, which explode in contact with them. After landing, he points his left sword at the red robot – Alright you red menace, it’s you and me now. Let’s dance! – The robot shoots lasers from its eye, which Ninjatsu dodges while running towards it. Hee jumps and spins while slashing the robot, then he throws his swords upwards, energizing his right fist with shadow energy and punches the robot on the face, sending it away. Then after he grabs his swords, the robot’s arm grabs Ninjatsu and slams him on the ground several times, ending by slamming him again – Good thing my shell protected me – He sees the robot charging red energy on its eye and he hides inside of his shell. But suddenly, a red laser pierces the robot’s face and it explodes. Ninjatsu’s head exits the shell and he sees the robot in pieces. Ninjatsu gets up and looks behind him, seeing an armored silhouette.
Armored Silhouette: Well my job here is done – The figure walks away.
Ninjatsu: Who is that? – The following day, Jay is sleeping on his desk while Kira is touching him to wake him up.
Kira: Jay wake up, class is almost starting – He doesn’t wake up. Kira then has the best option, she picks her notebook and throws at Jay’s face, who wakes up in pain.
Jay: Ouch! What was that?! – He sees the notebook on the floor and picks it – Hey who’s notebook is this?
Kira: It’s mine J.
Jay: Oh, then here’s your.... Wait, did you just called me J?
Kira: I mean, it kinda sounds like your name.
Jay: Yeah true, also here’s your notebook – He throws the notebook at Kira’s face, who reacts in pain – Revenge is sweet.
Kira: God dammit Jay! – Jay smirks. Some time after class, Jay and Kira are walking home and they meet Blake – Oh it’s Blake.
Blake: Well look who is. Anyway, i have some interesting news.
Jay: You have now a girlfriend?
Blake: ....You’re messing with me right?
Jay: Maybe i am – He smirks.
Blake: Anyway, the famous superhero Captain Nemesis will be coming here on town – After hearing that, Kira’s eyes widened.
Kira: Wait, you mean Captain Nemesis is coming here?! That’s so awesome!!
Blake: I know right?! I can’t believe that he’s coming here!
Jay: Who is Captain Nemesis? – Kira and Blake look at Jay with shocked expressions.
Kira: How can’t you never heard about Captain Nemesis?
Jay: Also what superhero would name himself Nemesis?
Blake: Because he’s the nemesis of the criminals!
Jay: That sounds dumb.
Blake: Ok smartass, you’ll see how awesome of a superhero the dude is.
Jay: The only superhero, i mean one of the superheroes, that i like is All Might, Plus Ultra!
Blake: Ok nerd, you can like your fictional superheroes while we like the real ones. Anyway, see ya nerd and Lady Ki-
Kira: Don’t call me that, i’m warning you.
Blake: Lady Kira – Kira prepares to attack him, but Jay grabs her before that.
Kira: Let me at him! Let me at him, i’ll f*cking murder him!
Blake: See ya! – He walks while smilling and Jay releases Kira.
Jay: It was a good thing i was here, you crazy girl.
Kira: The next time i see him, i’ll kill him.
Jay: You have problems.
Kira: Yeah, him. Anyway, see ya J – She walks away home and Jay also does that. After arriving at home, he sits on the sofa.
Jay: Hey Alpha, have you heard about someone named Captain Nemesis?
Alpha: No, why?
Jay: Apparantly the dude is a famous superhero and he’s coming here to town – Azrael is flying while holding a can of cola on his feet and give it to Jay.
Azrael: What superhero would name himself Nemesis?
Jay: Because he’s the nemesis of the criminals.
Azrael: That sounds dumb.
Jay: I know right? It’s like if Saitama named himself the Punch Killer. Anyway, can somebody turn on the TV? – Runner jumps on the sofa and presses the button of the remote, turning the TV on while Jay opens the can and drinks it. The TV shows vídeos of a man wearing a black undersuit under an orange and black armor with each side of the chest being silver, orange and silver gauntlets, the helmet is orange with black lining, yellow square patterning, a black line on the middle of the helmet and a yellow visor. The man himself has black eyes and moustache. While watching the vídeos, Jay’s sees that in one of them the man is shooting two red beams from his hands, his eyes widened and he spits the cola – Hold on a minute, i know that guy!
Alpha: You do?
Jay: Yeah, last night where i went Ninjatsu against the robots i saw a red beam that destroyed their leader. Maybe that was him last night.
Newscaster: And that’s all you need to know about Captain Nemesis folks, the famous superhero that is coming here to town!
Azrael: Yes people, let’s love the famous superhero that has a villain name! – He said with sarcasm.
Alpha: So that Captain Nemesis? I guess people really do love him.
Jay: I bet he’s just being a hero for fame and money.
Azrael: And you would be a better superhero then the dude?
Jay: Heck no, i’m no hero.
Azrael: Yeah i believe in you.
Alpha: Well he’s coming here so i guess we should go meet him.
Jay: I don’t know man, for some reason i don’t trust the Tony Stark wannabe.
Alpha: Look Jay, you should be judgmental with the guy, he might be a good person.
Jay: You’re right and yeah, it wouldn't hurt to know him better – Suddenly, Runner runs towards the window and jumps on it, while the others go to him to see why he suddenly ran. They see a orange limousine passing the street – I guess that’s the guy – He hear noises coming from his cell phone and answers it – Who is it?
Kira: It’s me Kira, i think that’s Captain Nemesis limo.
Jay: I can already tell that the dude really loves orange.
Kira: Anyway, see ya there Jay! – They end the call.
Azrael: Soo we’re going to meet the guy right?
Alpha: Well if he’s here, i think so.
Jay: But before that i’m gonna change my oufit, we’ll be talking to a famous person and it’s better to change. Wait some minutes – He goes to his room and some time later, appears wearing a black and blue shirt, white cargo pants and black low profile sneakers – Well i’m ready, let’s go – They exit the door and walking down the street, seeing several people exciting for be able to see Nemesis.
Azrael: Wow, people REALLY love the dude.
Alpha: Hey look it’s Kira – The group spots Kira, who is wearing a white shirt under a red T-shirt, black shorts and red and white converse-like shoes.
Kira: Hey guys nice to see you.
Azrael: Oh it’s you again.
Kira: Oh it’s you emo bird.
Blake: Well well, look what we have here – The group sees Blake, who is wearing a white sleeveless shirt, blue jeans and red shoes with white on the bottom.
Jay: Oh it’s you again. Guys this is someone who i met in school, his name is Black McKnight.
Blake: Those are robots right?
Azrael: No, i’m the Santa Claus! Are you stupid or something?!
Alpha: Azrael calm down, anyway, i’m Alpha, this is Azrael and that’s Runner.
Blake: Well nice to meet you, except you Azrael.
Azrael: Oh shut up! – Runner goes to Blake and smells him, then his tail start to swing and he bark in happiness – I guess Runner already liked you.
Blake: What i can say, i’m very attractive – He pets Runner’s head.
Kira: Oh yeah, i came here to call you guys to meet Nemesis!
Jay: Then let’s go, lead the way – Kira nods and they follow her to Nemesis upos his Limo with several people around it.
Captain Nemesis: It’s nice to meet you all people, now i’ll begin answering questions if anyone have one, then say it – He then began anwering several questions – Alright, i guess that’s all the questions. Does anyone have at least one?
Jay: Hey mr Nemesis, i have one – Nemesis looks at Jay who is lifting his right arm.
Captain Nemesis: Alright, what’s your name son?
Jay: I'm Jay.
Captain Nemesis: Nice to meet you Jay. Anyway, what’s your question?
Jay: What it’s like to be a hero?
Captain Nemesis: Well being a superhero has it’s ups and downs. The ups is that i’m able to save people and defeat the evil! But the downside of being a hero i show many enemies you have. But that doesn’t stop me for bringing justice to them! – People cheer for him.
Alpha: See what i told you Jay?
Jay: Yeah, i guess you where right Alpha, he is a good person – Suddenly, an explosion occurs and Captain Nemesis looks behind him, seeing several robots that resembles the ones Jay fought last night.
Captain Nemesis: It’s the Computrons!
Jay: “Wait a minute, they are the robots I fought last night, but didn’t i destroyed them?”.
Captain Nemesis: Fear not citizens, run away while I deal with them! – The crowd runs away while Nemesis activates the boosters on his armor’s back and flies towards the Computrons, kicking them – Listen here Computron, there’s only one person who can stop you, and that’s me! – He punches one of the robots while kicking another one and shoots a laser from his left palm that cuts one robot in half, making it explode. While the people run away, Jay goes back and hides behind Nemesis’s limo.
Kira: Jay what the hell are you doing?! – Jay points to his watch and Kira understands – Kick their asses! – She runs away to the group and Jay presses the button of the watch, dialing the core to Ninjatsu’s hologram.
Jay: Alright I used Ninjatsu last night to beat him, this time I’ll use him again! It’s Ninja Time! – He slams the watch and he glows in cyan light, transforming into Generator instead of Ninjatsu.
Generator: Or Armor Time I guess. I said Ninjatsu not Generator stupid watch, are you deaf or something? Ah screw it, at least I can blast them – Generator creates the silver cannon on her right arm and jumps, shooting the robots with energy spheres and Nemesis notices her.
Captain Nemesis: And who you might be?
Generator: Call me Generator!
Captain Nemesis: Alright Generator, let’s kick their metallic asses!
Generator: Roger that! – Generator creates two swords on each arm, jet boosters on her feet and flies towards the Computron, slashing them while Nemesis’s back opens, revealing missiles and he launches them towards the robots, causing explosions – Let’s see if I can do it too – She concentrates but nothing happens, then she has the idea of pointing her left arm towards the robots, which opens a compartment and it shoots a energy missile that explodes the robots.
Captain Nemesis: So you call yourself Generator because you generate things?
Generator: Basically yes.
Captain Nemesis: Interesting. Let’s finish this!
Generator: Alright – Nemesis charges red energy on his arms while Generator charges blue energy on her cannon. Nemesis shoot a twin red energy blast alongside Generator shooting a blue energy blast from her cannon towards the Computrons, with the blasts combining into a powerful one that hits the robots and they explode – Alright! We won!
Captain Nemesis: Another day saved! Thanks for helping Generator.
Generator: No problem sir! – The watch symbol starts to blink and Nemesis notices it.
Captain Nemesis: Why is it blinking?
Generator: Nothing important sir! Anyway, it was nice fighting alongside you – She creates a jetpack on her back and flies away, waving Nemesis who waves her back. She arrives behind a garbage and glows in red, reverting back to Jay.
Jay: That was awesome! Guess he’s really a nice guy – He walks away home, but stops when he overhears two men talking.
Man: So Captain Nemesis defeat the Computron?
Man 2: Yeah, and the public may be happy to hear this. Those idiots don’t know that Nemesis himself made the robots attack and he was faking his actions.
Jay: Wait what? – He runs away.
Man 2: What was that?
Man: I think it was nothing – After Jay arrives home, he runs to his room and jumps on his bed.
Jay: Holy crap I was right, he isn’t trustful! – Alpha enters his room.
Alpha: Something wrong Jay? I heard you screaming.
Jay: Oh it’s nothing Alpha, no need to be worried about me.
Alpha: Alright, also I saw you helping Captain Nemesis fight that robots. It was a nice attitude of you.
Jay: Thanks and I guess you where right about him.
Alpha: Indeed I was. If you need anything, just call me – He exits the room.
Jay: Alright dude…. I need to do something about this. Even if I told them, they wouldn’t believe me, but I gotta try anyway. Maybe Kira will believe me, she’s basically my best friend. That it, I’ll tell her tomorrow – The next day, Kira and Blake are walking to school while talking to each other and Jay arrives fast.
Blake: Why are you running? You aren’t late.
Jay: There’s something I need to tell you guys about, it’s about Captain Nemesis.
Kira: Are you gonna tell that he’s awesome? Dude we already know that, he’s an awesome supehero.
Jay: He isn’t a superhero! He is someone who’s faking his heroic acts!
Blake: The hell are you talking about?
Jay: I know you won’t believe this, but I heard two guys who might be his assistants saying that he faked every single one of his heroic acts! I even heard that the guy made the robots attack on purpose!
Kira: ….Jay, I know that you don’t know Nemesis too well, but what you’re saying it’s completely stupid. I’m not mad at you, but I think you should calm down before starting to judge someone.
Jay: You’re right, i’m sorry about that.
Kira: It’s okay, I bet even I would judge that Nemesis is a bad person if I didn’t know him well. Anyway, let’s go before where late.
Jay: Alright – The trio then goes to class – “If I want them to believe me, I need evidences that the guy really did it. Luckly my robot friends have the ability to record anything, thanks mom and dad, you saved my life” – Some time after class, Jay alongside the robots are walking the street during the night.
Alpha: Jay why are we here at night?
Jay: Alpha I think you where wrong, Captain Nemesis isn’t a good person.
Azrael: Jay what you’re saying it’s bulls*it.
Jay: It may be, but I’m right about it – They hide behind a wall and see Captain Nemesis, who is wearing a black tuxedo with an orange tie and glasses is talking to a man with bluish-black hair, black eyes, wearing a brown suit, under it a white shirt with a black tie, black shoes and glasses – Alright Alpha, start recording their conversation.
Alpha: Why would i do that?
Jay: Just do it already.
Alpha: Jay we can’t record someone without their permission.
Jay: Alpha I’m not in a good mood today, so do it before I do something very illegal!
Alpha: ….Fine, I’ll do it – Alpha’s eyes glow and he starts recording the man and Nemesis’ conversation.
Man: So how was the last day Carl?
Jay: Soo his name is Carl huh? Continue Alpha.
Carl: Well I met some people and fought the Computron alongside someone named Generator. It was a nice day Simons.
Azrael: Jay this is stupid, I’m going home – Azrael begin to fly away alongside Runner.
Simons: Look sir, you know I’m loyal to you, but are you sure it was a good idea to release the Computron from the Dimension 12? – After hearing this, Azrael and Runner goes back.
Carl: Oh don’t need to worry Simons, the public will believe anything I’ll say, after all, I’m super famous!
Azrael: Wait what? That son of a b*tch.
Alpha: I can’t believe this.
Jay: I guess that’s everything, you can stop recording and we go back home – Alpha stops recording and they go back home.
Simons: Did you heard that?
Carl: Hear what? – Simons looks behind Carl and sees nothing.
Simons: I guess it was just my imagination – Jay and the robots arrive him, with the robots with a shocked expression.
Azrael: I can’t believe this, the bastard was lied to the public, he isn’t a hero! – Runner barks in anger – That’s right Runner, the only hero that now I believe is you Jay!
Jay: Dude I already told you, i’m not a hero.
Alpha: We’ll I guess you where really right Jay, sorry we doubt you.
Jay: Don’t need to be sorry man, I know you guys wouldn’t believe me if I didn’t had evidences. Speaking of which, did you record everything?
Alpha: Everything, the whole conversation. You have the evidence to show the truth!
Jay: We gonna prove to the public that he isn't a hero! We'll show this to Kira and Blake tomorrow – The next day, after class, Kira and Blake are in Jay’s house and are shocked after seeing the video that Alpha recorded last night.
Kira: This isn’t fake right? He really said that?
Azrael: Lady we where in the moment the bastard say it.
Blake: Holy crap, I guess you where right Jay.
Jay: I know and you don’t need to be sorry about this, I know you wouldn’t believe me, but It least I tried.
Kira: Oh this man is dead! Also I need to do something – She gets up, goes to Jay and hits his stomach with her knee.
Jay: Why did you do that?!
Kira: Because you filmed someone without their permission you idiot, but I guess that was needed. Anyway, what now?
Jay: Well, we go confront the guy! – Meanwhile with Carl, who is wearing his armor and with his technicians, is preparing himself to test the suit, when Jay and his group arrives – Hey Captain Fake!
Captain Nemesis: What? – He looks behind him and sees Jay’s group with angry faces – Oh it’s you guys, what do you want and why you’re angry?
Blake: How dare you lies to us?!
Captain Nemesis: What are you talking about?
Kira: Don’t play dumb with us, we know what you do!
Captain Nemesis: I honestly have no idea what you guys are talking about.
Jay: Oh so you don’t know that we heard something about Dimension 12? – After hearing that, Nemesis’ eyes widened in shock.
Alpha: I recorded everything, especially the part where you confessed that you on purpose released the Computrons from a Dimension 12!
Azrael: It’s over a**hole, we’ll show the truth to the people!
Captain Nemesis: Oh no you won’t – Nemesis activates the jet boosters on his back and charges towards the group, but Jay, who had already activate the watch and dials it, slams his hand on the watch, glowing in cyan light and he becomes Disker, kicking at high speed Nemesis, sending him far away – So you were Generator?
Disker: I wasn’t only Generator, I was the guy who fought the Computrons a night before as Ninjatsu! And now, count up your sins! – She points her left finger at him and runs towards Nemesis, punching him on the chest several times and he punches her away. Then she gets up and starts running around Nemesis.
Blake: What the hell happened to Jay?
Kira: In short, the dude has a watch that can transform him into Aliens.
Blake: This day is getting more weird – Back to Disker, she began punching Nemesis at high speed.
Disker: Can you keep up with me? – When Disker was about to punch Nemesis again, he quickly punches her, making her drag on the ground. She gets up and jumps high, throws a disc at Nemesis, who punches it away. She throws another one and when was about to throw another, nothing happened while Nemesis it’s hit on the left arm, making orange pixels appear – So I can’t use more then one disc at a time, at least I got speed – She starts falling towards Nemesis and spins in the air, hitting Nemesis’ head with an axe kick – Wind Blade Kick! – She falls on the floor and before she could kick him, Nemesis points his right arm that is glowing in red energy – Son of a – He shoots a red laser that hits Disker on the chest that sends her away, but not before throwing a disc at Nemesis’ right arm, cancelling the laser.
Azrael: You okay man?
Disker: I guess so – The watch’s symbol starts to blink in red – Now you’ll feel the speed of rage! – She runs at high speed towards Nemesis and jumps towards him, glowing in red, turning back to Jay and punches Nemesis on the face, making blood fall from his mouth. After that, Nemesis falls on the ground while rolling.
Jay: It’s over Nemesis, your lies ends here! – The group reunites with Jay.
Captain Nemesis: You don’t understand, the public will believe in anything and I need that!
Jay: No, you don’t understand! You trick people just to become famous and more rich! You are not a real hero!
Captain Nemesis: And what, would you be a better hero then me?!
Jay: I’ll say this for the last time, I don’t want to be a hero!! – Everyone looks at Jay confused.
Captain Nemesis: What? Why not?! You have this watch that can transform you, you can become a hero! Why you don’t want?
Jay: Because I don’t want more responsibility from what the one I already have.
Alpha: What you do mean Jay?
Jay: Ever since I got this watch, I already got a big responsibility with this thing since I don’t know how many creatures this thing have. I once heard a great phrase, With Great Powers comes Great Responsibility. I have a great responsibility with the powers this thing have.
Captain Nemesis: But you could become famous with that kind of power!
Jay: And that’s where the problem comes. Being a hero isn’t about fame or anything, is about helping others and save lives. I don’t want to be famous because if I reveal myself to the public, they will depend on me for every battle or any evil thing that happens, and if I lose at least one, they would be disappointed at me. I don’t want to carry more responsibility that I already have. In conclusion, I don’t want to be a hero because I don’t want to carry a bigger responsibility. You aren’t a hero, you are just someone who’s okay in manipulating others in loving you – The watch glows in cyan and Jay presses the button, appearing a hologram – I’ll show you true justice – He slams the watch and his body glows in cyan light.
[The transformation starts with Jay’s outift becoming a blue Gi alongside a yellow band and a black mark on the left side of the Gi that resembles an animal claws with three claws. Then a red with black rings tail with black on its end grow and red fur appear on Jay’s body, turning his hands into four fingered hands and feet with silver claws, his teeth become sharp, with two coming out of his mouth, his head becomes a tiger like head and he kicks the air, ending the transformation]
After the light disappear, Jay appears on his new form.
Jay: Alright – He breathe and inspire, pointing his left finger to Nemesis – Listen Nemesis, this will our last battle, so bring it on – Nemesis stares at him before smilling.
Captain Nemesis: With pleasure – The two fighters charge at each other and start punching each other really fast, with the others trying to accompany their speed.
Blake: I think my eyes are hurting!
Azrael: Not just yours friend – Jay hits Nemesis on the chest, with Nemesis punching Jay on the face and kicking him away, then he activates the boosters on his back to fly to Jay and kicks him that sends him to the ground. Nemesis then charges towards him and he sees Jay’s body with a red aura, with Jay making some arm movements and throwing them forward, launching a red energy Tiger towards Nemesis that hits him.
Jay: Interesting, maybe if I – He makes the same arm movement and launches a yellow Cheetah at Nemesis – So I can use the Jungle Fury’s animal spirits.
Captain Nemesis: Just what in the hell are you?!
Jay: I think I know who this one is. With the strength of a tiger, Jungle Fury TigerFury! Welcome to the jungle!
Captain Nemesis: You’re mocking me?
TigerFury: Maybe I am – Nemesis shoots the twin red beam from his hands at TigerFury, who dodges the beams and shoots from his hands a red energy ball that hits Nemesis. Nemesis then shoots from his arm a grappling hook at TigerFury, who is captured by the hook and Nemesis throws the tiger in a wall, then shoots the beam at him, creating an explosion.
Captain Nemesis: Guess I won – Without him knowing, TigerFury jumps and kicks him on the back. Nemesis looks behind him, but doesn’t see anything and then TigerFury’s tail grabs him by the arm, slamming him on the ground – What is going on?!
TigerFury: I’ll tell you what is going on – Nemesis hears TigerFury’s voice and he appears in front of him – Apparently this dude here can turn invisible, awesome right?
Captain Nemesis: I’ll finish you right now! – Nemesis right fist glows in red energy and he charges towards TigerFury, who’s right fist is glowing in red, yellow, blue, violet and white energy and he also charges towards Nemesis. The two prepare to punch each other with Nemesis throwing his fist at TigerFury, who dodges it and punches Nemesis on the stomach, making him spit blood.
TigerFury: I may be a tiger, but I’ll show you the courage of a wolf! Lunar Cyclone! – TigerFury spins on the air, creating a violet cyclone around him while punching Nemesis, who falls on the ground. TigerFury lands on the ground and walks towards Nemesis, with his fist glowing in red energy and he punches him, with his group shocked but it was revealed that he punches the ground on Nemesis’ right side – No, you’re not gonna escape justice easily – Nemesis tries to shoot the red beam at him, but it doesn’t work and his armor's color becomes dark orange – Guess your armor it’s at its limit, you can’t do anything anymore – Nemesis technicians go to him and lift him while TigerFury walks away and he glows in red, turning back to Jay.
Kira: Good work Jay! – She thumbs up to him, but he ignores her and walks away.
Alpha: Jay what’s wrong? – Jay turns to them.
Jay: It’s nothing, I just need some time alone – He walks back home while the others look concerned. Some time later, Jay is sitting on the sofa when the others enter, with Kira and Blake sitting with him and the robots behind the sofa.
Alpha: Hey Jay good news, we show the video to the police and they arrested Nemesis.
Jay: Oh, that’s good… Hey Alpha, could i be alone with Kira and Blake? I need to talk to them.
Alpha: Of course Jay, it’s good that you made friends, come on guys – The robots walk away, leaving the three alone.
Kira: So what is that you wanna talk about?
Jay: Well, when I said about not wanting to be a hero, i meant all.
Blake: Well I guess I already know why you’ve said that.

Jay: It’s good you understand guys, my life was already hard before this since my parents disappeared – Blake and Kira’s eyes widened after hearing this.
Kira: Wait, your parents disappeared? Since when?
Jay: When I was a kid, i arrived at home and saw the robots hurted, with Alpha telling me that my parents where captured by someone.
Blake: Sorry that happened.
Jay: Thanks I appreciate – He smile weakly – I’m just glad I have friends and i’m happy I met you two.

Jay: Thank you guys so much – They do a group hug with robots watching them.
Alpha: It’s good that he made friends.

- The shuriken attack made by Ninjatsu is a reference to the Hail of Carnage, an attack made by Speed-o'-Sonic from One Punch Man. Another reference is him mentioning the series titular protagonist, Saitama and Jay, as Disker references Sonic again by doing his attack, Wind Blade Kick.
- Jay mentions All Might from My Hero Academia and the series catchphrase, Plus Ultra. He also mentions Tony Stark when talking about Captain Nemesis.
