Vilgax starts out wearing a patched up version of his Omniverse armor and a black cloak that hides his mangled features. After killing and absorbing the powers of ten of Ben's greatest enemies and allies, Vilgax regains his former appearance but with paler skin. He loses his powers during the Limax Plague but regains them after the Limax are defeated. Vilgax builds armor similar to his armor in seen in the alternate future in Ben 10 (2005) but with some changes. Vilgax upgrades his armor with Malware's powers which gives it a black and red color scheme. With being able to absorb DNA, Vilgax has gained Zs'Skayr's longer claws, Sentient Ultimate Swampfire's seed pods, albeit a different color, Sentient Ultimate Humungousaur's finger plates, and Sugilities crystals on the shoulder pads of his armor.

Personality[]

Vilgax is a lot more cynical after waking up in a stasis tube, learning the changes in the Post-Crisis timeline. He takes advantage of these new timeline changes and absorbs the powers of Malware, starting his murdering spree to get revenge on Ben for putting his body through such a weak state. Vilgax is often cunning, intelligent, and he is a master strategist. He doesn't gloat and he has a very calm and calculating nature.

Before the events of Ben 10: Master of The Omnitrix, Vilgax teamed with Ben and other heroes from the multiverse to stop the multiversal Crisis, this means Vilgax surviving the Crisis has his Pre-Crisis memories intact.
Vilgax attacks Galvan Prime to find blueprints to create his own version of Ascalon.
After everyone thought he was dead, Psyphon took control of Vilgaxia.
