Vance possesses a transformation module that allows him to transform into a To'kustar. His transformation is known as the Talking To'kustar, as it has the ability to talk, unlike other To'kustars.
Vance is a dark-skinned male, 16 years old, standing 1.778 meters (5 feet, 10 inches) tall with brown hair and brown eyes. His hair is cut very short, like an army cut. He is fairly strong for his age, but not as muscular as the older Knights. He has only been seeing wearing the standard Forever Knights uniform, occasionally with a cloak to cover his face or protect him from the rain.
His To'kustar form stands 60 feet tall with red features.
Vance is very loyal to the Forever Knights, and wants to excel at everything he does in order to please his father. He is very fearful of not being able to live up to his father's expectations, which serves as a motivating factor. He is conniving and brutal, and unlike many of the other Knights, does not appear to be arrogant or flamboyant.
Return of the To'kustars
Vance planned to lead a demonstration just before he knew the To'kustars would return, but it is broken up by Lawrence Carter. However, the To'kustars do return and eventually make the city unsafe, so Vance and the other Knights in the area move to Teviv.
