Utility is a villain in Evan Billion. He is the most powerful villain in the series. Offscreen, he absorbed the Omnitrix and Ultimatrix, turning him into a fusion of all of Ben's aliens. He has the powers of Ben's aliens, and gains the powers of any new alien Ben unlocks. He is now free usage, so that someone can make him enter any Omnitrix and fight Upchuck Norris.
