As with all wikis, their founders (and admins) want it to be THE best place to go for its subject. Think about it. The creators of Phineas and Ferb, Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, have commented on how a reliable source of info the Phineas and Ferb Wiki is. And I can see why.
But the only problem is that getting that is just not easy. It takes a lot of customization skills to get a wiki in its best shape. If we all work hard and contribute, from as slightly as spelling better to as greatly as making CSS suggestions, we might be able to beat Fanfiction.net!
So, the Ultimate way to rank "way up there" with the aforementioned fan fiction website--and others--is to snag new users and get them hooked. How? The first place new users usually come to is the main page. It must link adequately to the most important pages--whether to the rules, to the forums, or to the often ignored Community Portal. Another great way is to improve our Welcome messages. The main page is being worked on now. The welcome messages might look "all cool", but there's almost always room for improvement.
Tell me ways you can think of to improve the wiki. Even something as simple as rephrasing a sentence.
