I know what you're thinking. It has been one month since the last episode of Young Plumbers: Generations.
Wait, of course no one's thinking that! No one actually reads series on this wiki!
In all seriousness, it's extremely unfortunate that I haven't been able to release as much content as I would like to have been able to over the past month, but that just shows that things change over time. People pick up new hobbies and go to this really messed up place called school, but Earth-19 is still important enough to me and I have not forgotten about it. Even when I've been occupied with other hobbies, I've still been thinking a lot about YPG.
When I last wrote part of the series, which except for a short blurb in the movie was September 2, it was the very beginning of the mid-season finale, a very crucial episode to the plot of the season. After the opening scene, however, I got to a road block, and decided to the put the episode off for a little while to think.
Obviously, I still haven't gotten back to it, but I plan to finish it soon now that I think I know how I want the episode to go. Just to clarify, most of the decisions I had to make had to do with the order in which I wanted certain events to happen, as I had already decided what should happen in the episode.
A similar thing can be said with the movie. Now that one of the sub-stories of the movie, and frankly the worst plot I've ever come up with, is over, I can finally get onto to an action-packed, highly suspenseful Part IV. To put something is perspective, I dreaded writing the sub-story so much, that the entire climax of the plot is in Part III, which is about 1/6 the length of Parts I and II combined! Part IV, however, will make the movie almost twice as long, at least that's what my plans are for it. Once the movie is done, I can get YPG off of this stupid hiatus...
With the exception of some shorts, but the word "shorts" obviously means that they don't take too long to write, and I don't have to write them until a couple days before they would be released. I will still plan what the shorts will be about far in advance.
Don't ask me about the video games or that big crossover I was planning, they're delayed until further notice. Everything else that I didn't mention in this blog I probably forgot, or it's not significant enough to be mentioned. Either way, these will also be delayed until further notice.
