Upgrade's appearance is that of his Reboot design, although slightly altered to have his original series color scheme.

Upgrade retains all of his powers from the canon.

Upgrade retains all of his weaknesses from the canon.

Upgrade unintentionally first reappeared to fight Eon in Lie as Old as Time where he merged with Eon's time gauntlets and caused them to short circuit.
