Unlimited Upgrade is an Unlimited Form used by Ben Tennyson with the Unlimited Omnitrix. He appears in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood and originates from the Earth-CDXI.411 universe.
Appearance[]
Upgrade is a tall humanoid alien made of bright green soft light hologram, and decorated with circuitry patterns. A circular pattern on his head functions as his eye. The Omnitrix symbol is on his chest, though its colours are unclear given that it, too, is hologramatic.
Powers and Abilities[]
Upgrade has the ability to inhabit software- but only software. Though his reach is immense, especially if he can inhabit a broadcasting technology, this limits his offensive capabilities to that of the technology around him. How advanced said technology is is also much more important now, as if it cannot hold some form of information or signal then it can no longer be upgraded.
Unlimited Upgrade is intangible, but this cannot be controlled. He cannot move things or pick them up, unless he can inhabit them.
He is capable of firing a focused laser from his eye.
Weaknesses[]
Unlimited Upgrade can no longer improve technology, only control it.
Like all Unlimited Aliens, Unlimited Upgrade suffers from a drastically shortened transformation period.
History[]
Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood[]
Unlimited Upgrade was first used by Ben in Children of the Flesh, where he took control of the Red Dwarf, the Starbug flown by Tony Stark, and the Iron Man armour simultaneously. He disabled the Starbug's flight then used the mining functions of the Red Dwarf to cut it apart- destroying it and the Flesh on board. He fought Ester in the Red Dwarf's Drive Room where he destroyed her using the Iron Man armour.
With Ben having learned from Kevin 11 how dangerous Upgrade could be to an Omnitrix during the events of The Other Ben, Unlimited Upgrade was chosen to fight Prodigy's All-Out Spectacle in the episode Prodigy. He used his mastery of software to time out each of the component devices of the Culminatrix and defeated over a dozen variants of Ditto in order to force Prodigy's surrender. When Prodigy did surrender, Upgrade forced a Projection Transformation of 4D2 out of the Culminatrix and assimilated the alien into his own Omnitrix- effectively trapping Prodigy in the dead universe he had brought Ben to.
