Unlimited Forms are a free-use enhanced alien transformation type created by Amanda. They were first invented and used by the Kevin Levin of a destroyed timeline; Kev 'Leven from Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood.
Unlimited Aliens are created by using the Omnitrix to strip back the alien, with few adjustments being needed to make any given omnimatrix-type device access them. The majority of the time this unleashes some innate power in the alien in the same sense as humans only being able to access a small portion of their true strength for fear of damaging their own muscles.
Not all aliens can even have an Unlimited Form, and not every Unlimited Alien becomes stronger while using said form. Few, if any, gain new powers or abilities while 'Unlimited'.
Unlimited Forms can be accessed directly, in the same way as Omni-Enhanced Forms or regular aliens can be, or they can be activated while transformed by twisting the dial 180° like Ultimate Forms.
Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood[]
Unlimited Forms were originally created by the intergalactic hero Kev "Kevin Eleven" Levin as a modification to his own Omnitrix to aid in his adventures. The Unlimited Forms were passed down to passerby and fan Ben Tennyson when Kev gave him the Omnitrix in a desperate attempt to save someone- anyone-'s life from an unnamed threat. Kev's last-ditch effort to prevent his own death and the destruction of his universe was made with Unlimited Atomix
Appearance[]
The appearance of any given Unlimited Alien varies drastically, though typically they appear as a stripped-back version of the base alien. For some aliens this unveils their true form otherwise normally hidden, for others the aliens is ripped away in an unsightly and unnatural manor.
Unlike most transformation gimmicks, Unlimited Forms rarely differentiate in colour from their base forms. It is even rarer for them to gain new colours, like armouring gimmicks might bestow. For this reason- among others- Unlimited Aliens can sometimes be difficult to distinuish from their base counterparts.
The Omnitrix symbol's colours invert while the alien is 'Unlimited'.
Some aliens are incompatible with certain gimmicks. In the case of Unlimited Forms, some aliens simply have nothing that can safely be 'stripped back' to allow such a transformation to exist. Exemptions may be universe-specific.
