The Ultimatrix is one of the most powerful devices in the universe with 1,000,912 samples of evolved DNA the user may turn into at will.
Appearance[]
The Ultimatrix resembles a grey gauntlet with red wiring. Its icon is similar to the one of the Omnitrix but red with a horizontal parting.
History[]
To access the Omnitrix's DNA bank Albedo had to synchronize the Ultimatrix with the Omnitrix. This allowed him to be able to access every transformation Azmuth adds to the Omnitrix. This backfired as it made Albedo look exactly like Ben Tennyson but with an inverted color scheme. After Albedo was captured the Ultimatrix was put into a plumber storage cell under high security.

Albedo created the Ultimatrix to prove to Azmuth that he was better than Ben Tennyson. Azmuth thought he was crazy.

Active Mode[]
When the Ultimatrix glows red it is ready to be activated.
Select Mode[]
To select a transformation the user has to push in both of the buttons located vertically on the face plate. A random hologram is chosen to appear then the user may use the dial to scroll through the catalog of DNA samples.
Ultimate Mode[]
When in an alien form, the user can turn the Ultimatrix symbol 180° and activate the Evolution Feature. This puts the DNA into a simulation for an extended period of time, about a million years or so, in what is described as a "worst-case scenario"; the actual DNA is then simply modified to match the new DNA. This survival of the fittest routine explains why the evolutions are more combat-centered than their normal forms.
Life Form Lock[]
This feature can keep the user in a designated transformation for unlimited amounts of time.
Universal Translation[]
The Ultimatrix can understand any language in the known universe.
Communication[]
The Ultimatrix is able to contact people in and out of alien form.
GPS[]
The Ultimatrix has a universe-wide locating system.
Body Cam[]
The Ultimatrix is always recording video when it's user is in alien form.
Fail Safes[]
Defensive Blast[]
If someone other than the present user tries to remove the Ultimatrix it will send a small electric blast at the attacker stunning them for a short amount of time.
Termination Prevention[]
If the user was about to die the Ultimatrix's AI would sense it and automatically turn the user into whatever unlocked alien would help them survive.
