Ultimate Benmummy is the evolved version of a Thep Khufan in Ben 10: Alien Alliance. He was first used by Ben to fight with Exodia but was replaced later by Benubis.
Physical Appearance[]
He has grown in size becoming 4 meters instead of 2 meters. His head shape is now like an ancient Anubis scepter. His headdress is completely black and ends around his middle. Most features are identical to the original Benmummy, only bigger. The Ultimatrix symbol is on his chest
Powers and Abilities[]
He has increased strength being stronger than Fourarms. He can use energitic blast, similar to Atomix and can control Mana at a limited base. He is faster then the orginal despite his strenght. He's also smarter, having knowlegde about Ancient Egypt, indicating that the original species had a great influence in Egypt and so ones visit the Earth. (According to Anubis, There are Thep Khufans on Horutra but a large group have left during the Anur-Horutra Wars.)
Weaknesses[]
He can fall over easily due to his abnormally large size. His bandages are made highly inflamible material, make have no match for fire-based attacks. He's also more aggresive and less reasonable than when he's Benmummy
