Ultimate Overtide is the evolved form of Overtide from Tech 10: Rebooted.

Ultimate Hydrotide's abilities include:
- Heightened Hydrokinesis
- Freezing Touch
- Amorphous Body
- Regeneration
Appearance[]
Ultimate Overtide gains a much bulkier look than his unevolved form, having an armored appearance formed from varying shades of ice spikes. His body loses the purple markings, but gains more shades of blue.
Weaknesses[]
Ultimate Overtide's body is too heavy to properly sustain itself outside of water without constant concentration.
