Ultimate Ghostfreak looked like exactly Zs'Skayr except his eyes are green instead of purple and he has an evolved Mastertrix symbol on his ches

- He has the same power with Ghostfreak like invisibility, flight and body possession.
- He also can project energy beam
- He can project aging beam (which accelerate the aging)
- He can teleport
- The most weakness has been fixed and now he is immune to light
- Although he don't want to intangible, if any risk turn at him, he will safe.
