Ultimate Diamondhead is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a fused Petrosapien and CrystalSapien.

How he was formed[]
After the events of Secret of Chromastone, Sugilite tried to bring back the homes for Petropia, but instead ended up fusing with the nearest Petrosapien, Tetrax, Forming what is put into the Codon Stream as a DNA sample with permission taken by Azmuth to help Ben defeat Vilgax once he's back. When Sugilite was fused with Tetrax, the crystals had compounded with the most powerful crystal which was on Chromastone's head, which also unlocked much more powers as a Chromastone and a Diamondhead where the keys to unlocking eachothers extreme powers.
