Ultimate Clockwork is shorter than his normal form. He still has the protrusion but it is now made of electricity. His hands are flexible and his face is different than before.
He wears aluminum shoes instead of copper legs. He is yellow in coloration

Ultimate Clockwork's time control is highly increased. The electrical protrusion can be uploaded into a object/living organism to electrocute it.
He can warp/mould time to control it in a high way. His limbs/hands are strechable and can strech to an extent. His boot's lower, spiky part allows him to plug them in any organ causing massive pain. He regains all his abilities.
