Appearance[]
His appearance is Brainstorm's head without the rest of his body. He is surrounded by a green aura, which is his telekinesis causing him to levitate. The evolved Omnitrix symbol is on his forehead.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ultimate Brainstorm, unlike Brainstorm, focuses more on brainpower. His intelligence is raised enough to give him telekinesis and telepathy. He can also fire green mental rays, which allow him to entrap a foe and enter their mind. He can manipulate this mental ray to form hands to grab the opponent, or to hit the Omnitrix symbol.
