Ultimate Big Chill is a large red moth-like humanoid alien. His wings are constantly flaming. His mouth does't open when he talks but only when he eats. The Ultimatrix is on his chest.

Hot Freezing Breath: These flames are plasma beams that consume the heat of whatever they touch and use that energy to burn.
Intangibility: He can become intangible.
Cryo-Phasing: He can freeze things by becoming intangible and going inside of it.
Flight: He can fly.
Flaming Wings: His wings are always on fire.
Enhanced Strength: He can break through a brick wall.
Strong Teeth: His teeth can bite through metal.
Space Survivability: He can survive in the vacuum of space.
Sharp Claws: His fingers are sharp like claws.
Gas Immunity: He cannot be affected by gas.
Prehensile Feet: He can pick people up with his feet.
Wind Breath: His breath is as strong as wind.
Heat Resistance: He can ingest lava.
Underwater Breathing: He can breathe underwater.
