Ultimate Benwolf is the evolved form of Blitzwolfer.
Appearance
- He has grown spikes on his arms, the back of his neck and the elbows.
- His "shirt" has grown and changed color to blackish-gray.
- The ultimatrix is on his chest.
- His tail has grown.
- The claws on his toes have inreased damage capability.
Powers
- He can grow his claws that can cut through anything.
- He can shoot quills out of his arms.
- Sonic howl
- Powerful jumping ablity.
Weaknesses
He has a less manageable temper and stress level, making him the most stressful alien in Ben's arsenal other than Alien X.
