Ultimate Ben is the evolved form of Ben Tennyson in Ben 10: MEGA Alien.
Appearance[]
Ultimate Ben looks like regular 18 yo Ben but with his shirt off, wearing shorts and the ultimate symbol on his chest.
Powers[]
As humans are the only species in the galaxy with the power of adaptation, this power is greatly enhanced. If Ben is around water he can become it or shoot it and the same with fire. If it is windy Ben will be able to adapt and fly through the sky. Along with this, his MEGATRIX II works along with his new powers. When Ben selects an alien form he can adapt to access it's powers.
