King Ultiverse the Third is the current reigning king of Viscosia.
Appearance[]
He resembles Goop, but his Anti-Gravity Device is gold and shaped like a crown with purple gems.
Backstory[]
Before becoming King Ulti, he was a Prince. Viscosia was wrecked by the Highbreed before they came to Earth. Society almost collapsed but Ulti became King and made sure Viscosia stays in line.
Powers and Abilities[]
He has all the abilities of a normal Polymorph except they are enhanced and more powerful than the average Polymorph.
Equipment[]
Anti-Gravity Device[]
He has a Anti-Gravity Device, that is gold and is shaped like a crown. This allows him to stand up, and also fly.
Sceptre[]
He also has a gold sceptre with a purple orb, this acts as a back-up Anti-Gravity Device. As long as Ulti is touching it, even without his Anti-Gravity Device, he can still stand but cannot fly.
