Prince Tutroph looks like a regular Ralts, but with long shaggy hair that has dyed brown tips.

Tutroph is quite shy, but very happy and exitable around people he knows.
Powers and Abilities[]
He can send people his thoughts, and can read thoughts directed to him.
He knows the moves Teleport, which removes him from the battle, Growl, which lowers enemy defenses, and Confusion, which blasts psychic energy, and may confuse the foe.
His Ability is Telepathy, which protects him from ally attacks.
