Troy Dieter is a member of the Forever Knights and the Proctor of East Via in Attack on To'kustar on Earth-404. The leader of the Knight-controlled city of Sprinet, he became the Knights' leading officer in the Battle of Teviv.

Troy is extremely loyal and devoted to the cause of the Forever Knights. He is willing to go above and beyond to meet expectations, but is often seen by his subordinates as overzealous and simply kissing up to his superiors.

Not much is known about Troy's early life. At some point prior to the start of the series, though, he joined the Forever Knights and rose to the rank of Proctor.
