Tom Sakamoto (坂本 十夢, Sakamoto Tomu) is a 16-year-old boy who is the first year college student and a professional athlete. He forming a contract with Citrakayah engineer and an Omnitrix creator Tachys to transforms into Cyber Fasttrack (サイバーファストトラック, Saibā Fasutotorakku) to fight DNAliens and the Mutantborgs in order to protect the universe.

This is his basic form of Cyber Fasttrack.

Much like XLR8, Fasttrack has enhanced speed and agility, and is shown to have enhanced reflexes as well.
Fasttrack is capable of giving himself a boost of speed while running. Furthermore, Fasttrack can also jump to great heights while running.
Fasttrack is durable enough to withstand being thrown.
Fasttrack can recover quickly.
Fasttrack possesses enhanced strength.
Technically speaking, Fasttrack is physically stronger than Kinecelerans.
Fasttrack has enhanced dexterity.
Fasttrack seems to have an exceptional level of balance.
Like XLR8, Fasttrack has an enhanced sense of direction.
Weaknesses[]
Fasttrack can have a hard time stopping if he runs too quickly.
It is implied that, despite his enhanced speed, Fasttrack is physically slower than Kinecelerans.
Being a speed-based alien, Fasttrack shares similar weaknesses with XLR8. For example, he is being unable to run on certain surfaces like ice, which can make him slip very easily.
Similarly, opponents with good reflexes and reaction time can counter Fasttrack's speed and land a blow on him.
Unlike XLR8, Fasttrack is not completely frictionless.

By switching his Cybertrix dial to its vehicle mode, Fasttrack can transform into his mecha form, FT-40 Cyber Fasttrack Sports Car. In this form, Fasttrack can combine as the left leg of Cyber Omni-Kaiser combination.
