The Timewatch is a device in ken 10: Bearer of the timewatch that was created by eli,ben tennyson,Kai green and professor paradox to function like a Ultimatrix and time travel and dimension travel device but is not near the level of professor paradox's metal hand/pocketwatch

It was created by eli,kai green,Ben tennyson and professor paradox and given to ken to replace the omnitrix and still give him the ability to travel through time
Modes[]
Time travel mode: which time travel mode brings up a holographic keyboard that allows the user to type in the the year,month,dimension etc that person wants to go to
Randomizer:(if messed with)no explanation needed if you've seen omniverse if you haven't well after a minute or few seconds it switches to another alien at random
Scanning mode:happened in almost every or every incarnation of ben 10
Evolution mode:it can evolve it's aliens into a new and more powerful form such as making echo echo resemble a robot and use sound disk and make spidermonkey a gorilla with spiderlegs
Astronaut mode: should the user be stuck in space and the Timewatch is not active the omnitrix automatically forms into a spacesuit for the user till it(the Timewatch) becomes active
Decipher mode: helps user to solve alien puzzles and codes
Life form lock function: allows the user to stay as an alien for an extended period of time
Disguise mode:i f not active it disguises itself as a expensive watch
