Time is a major concept in both reality and fiction. This is the page explain how it is explored throughout the universe, Earth-90, in which all things Brywarrior Studios take place.
Definition[]
"Time" is defined as the system of those sequential relations that any event has to any other, as past, present, or future; indefinite and continuous duration regarded as that in which events succeed one another by Dictionary.com.
This is fairly relevant to how it is perceived in Bryce Bowman: Origins.
Continuity[]
As we know, Bryce Bowman traveled into the future in Bowman 10,000 (Episode) to help his future self defeat a great danger. This was then changed when Marissa Harper, Bryce's future wife, was struck with "Death Fire" from Death Dragon, thus resulting in her becoming ill and tfinally killed.
The concept that is apparent in Bryce Bowman: Origins is that time is fluid. It moves with the current, so to speak. This means that the future is dependent on the present. If the present changes, so does the future.
The Past is independent. What happened has happened, and cannot be changed without traveling backward.
Travel[]
So far, we have only seen characters travel forward in time, although it is known that Professor Paradox can travel backward as well. This is seen in Time Trouble when Paradox first appears, but knows who Bryce is without Bryce having met him yet.
It is also known that the events of Bowman 10,000 (Episode) occurred in the past from Death Dragon's perspective, as of The Darkest Night: Part One. This is only known because the creators stated it on Death Dragon's page. This means that at some point in Bryce's future, he encounters Death Dragon for his first time, while it will likely be Bryce's final time.
Trivia[]
- The relationship between Bryce and Death Dragon's encounters is a reference to The Doctor and River Song's relationship.
- The first time the hero meets the other, they die, and then every time they meet again is farther back in the other's life, but farther forward in the hero's.
