Hello, BTFF Users and BBO fans alike!! I am Brywarrior, otherwise known as Deadpool or the Anti-Weeb. I am here to offer a job to anyone who wants it, for the most part. The job you would be taking up would be as an assistant editor, assistant writer, or assistant director. I am currently the only editor/writer/artist for the series (Sixef is an Assistant Director), and it would be nice to have a second or third set of eyes to pick out grammar/spelling mistakes that I may have missed, and to help with the actual writing of the episodes. Should you wish to accept, you will have to fill out this application below either on this thread or on my Message Wall. Please note that you may apply for a Full Time, Half Time, or Part Time position. Please also know that this only applies to Bryce Bowman: Devil's Bounty. Italicized questions are optional, thus opting not to answer them will not affect my decision about hiring you. Please Bold your responses to each question, just to make my life easier.

What are the projects that currently require your attention?

How dedicated are you to these projects?

Is there a chance of these being canceled, should you sign up for this job?

Are there fans who would be disappointed?*

    Time

How much can I rely on you to get an assignment done on time?

Do you have the time to perform the task?

Do you feel you are fairly good with time management in general?

    Staff Meetings

I would like to host weekly staff meetings on Sundays at 3pm EST, would you be able to attend these meetings?

Would you be willing to participate in the staff meetings?

If I were to ask, could you prepare a report of your weekly progress?*

Are you willing to question me in the event that you think something is wrong, or should be changed?

    Prior Skills

What other projects have you worked on?

What level of education have you acquired?*

Is writing/editing your strong suit, or are you more acquainted with other skills?

How much have you improved over your time on BTFF?*

    Deviation - Writers Only

I have a specific story that has to unfold in this Series, are you willing to follow that story, without trying to alter the path too heavily?

If I ask you to write an episode, and give you a summary, will you be able to follow that summary as best to not disrupt the story?

Are you familiar enough with the series to maintain specific speech patterns of characters?

Are you familiar enough with the series to maintain the current writing format?

    Profanity

Are you willing to write profanity into the dialogue of the characters?

Are you observant enough to pick up on a character's patterns, and determine if the profanity fits the character and the situation?

For Writers Only - Are you willing to allow me/other editors full editorial authority on a dialogue, that may or may not include totally re-writing a scene or an episode, in the event that I/we see it unfit?

Are you mature enough to not throw out profanity for the sake of profanity?

    Gore/Violence

This section is mostly for Writers, but Editors need to hear this too.

Are you willing/able to write violence and/or gore into an episode?

Are you observant enough to realize when enough is enough?

Are you familiar enough with the series to keep the level of violence on par with the rest of the series?

    Editorial Authority - Editors Only

Would you be willing to set aside your personal opinions of a writer or fellow editor when determining whether or not something should be edited?

Are you willing to allow me final word on all Editorial decisions?

If I go back and edit something that you changed, are you going to become angry or frustrated with me/another editor and allow that to influence our relationship?

    Directors Only

The Directors are essentially just idea providers. As such, are you willing to allow your ideas for specific episodes to be swept under the bus if they do not agree with the flow of the whole story?

If I was to ask you for an idea (for a filler episode), would you be able to provide a coherent plot that fits in with the surrounding episodes to ensure a "complete" Season and Series?

In the case that I deny the use of an idea from you, but end up using a very similar one in a later season, are you willing to accept that I may not realize where the idea came from and, thus, refrain from allowing your frustration to create tension?

In the event that something similar to the above scenario occurs, but with another Director bringing up the plot, are you willing to calmly confront myself and the other director about the incident?

    Chain of Command

Are you mature enough to recognize the Chain of Command, and respond appropriately to myself and higher ups?

Are you willing to allow myself or another editor to change something you've written, in the event that we see it fit?

If you are not performing your tasks, are you mature enough to calmly accept termination, if it comes to that point?

Are you mature enough to cease from bad-mouthing 7th Planet Productions, Brywarrior Studios, and all related elements?

Should I not give you the required credit for your part in an episode, are you willing to confront me calmly to resolve the issue?

    Signature

If you accept, copy the Application above into a reply and post your responses next to the question in Bold, and sign your signature (~~~~) to the bottom, then wait for my review.

Note: You are not required to meet ALL the terms specified. If I feel that you have enough qualifications, whether or not you have answered my "preferred" answer to these questions, I am inclined to "hire" you.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day!

    • I'd love to write for Devil's Bounty!

      Projects

What are the projects that currently require your attention?

      Nate 10: Rebooted

Co-Writer of Ben 10: Ghostly Future

How dedicated are you to these projects?

      I try to release when I say I will, so I give N10:R a 7 and BTGF an 8.

Is there a chance of these being canceled, should you sign up for this job?

No, I've spent a long time just thinking about Nate 10: Rebooted and try to release

Are there fans who would be disappointed?*

I only know that a few people read my series, but since BTGF isn't mine (I only co-write from time to time) so I guess maybe one person or two might be.

      Time

How much can I rely on you to get an assignment done on time?

I often spend weekday afternoons just writing whatever I can, and I rarely release late unless personal issues occur.

Do you have the time to perform the task?

I'm busy only weekend mornings from 8-1 (sometimes 8-6) AM, so I'll be able to perform it.

Do you feel you are fairly good with time management in general?

      Yes.

      Staff Meetings

I would like to host weekly staff meetings on Sundays at 3pm EST, would you be able to attend these meetings?

I might be late due to business from 8-1 and sometimes 8-6, and I arrive home at about 1:45PM~. I rarely do have to stay 8-6,  so I can attend unless something personal (which I'll try to communicate to you) occurs.

Would you be willing to participate in the staff meetings?

Yes, I love talking. :P and bad puns.

If I were to ask, could you prepare a report of your weekly progress?*

      Yes.

Are you willing to question me in the event that you think something is wrong, or should be changed?

I will, but I wouldn't say it obnoxiously or "Dude, paragraph #4 sucks. You're supposed to make character interaction happen, idiot!".

      Prior Skills

What other projects have you worked on?

I write on Fanfiction.net sometimes and also write on UPF (Ultimate Pokemon Fanfiction) along with BTFF.

What level of education have you acquired?*

Is writing/editing your strong suit, or are you more acquainted with other skills?

I'm good at math, but writing/editing is something I'm fairly good at.

How much have you improved over your time on BTFF?*

I've gotten slightly better and am now better at using dialogue-styled, but I think my Spider-Man fanfiction on Fanfiction.Net shows that I can be pretty good at writing.

      Deviation - Writers Only

I have a specific story that has to unfold in this Series, are you willing to follow that story, without trying to alter the path too heavily?

I'm currently doing this with N10:R, so yes.

If I ask you to write an episode, and give you a summary, will you be able to follow that summary as best to not disrupt the story?

As long as it isn't vague, "Bryce kills a guy, then runs away" or confusing, yes.

Are you familiar enough with the series to maintain specific speech patterns of characters?

I'm familiar with Bryce and other characters, but if I need to refresh my memory, I'd read BBO again.

Are you familiar enough with the series to maintain the current writing format?

      Yes.

      Profanity

Are you willing to write profanity into the dialogue of the characters?

Eh, I can but as long as it isn't too much for me.

Are you observant enough to pick up on a character's patterns, and determine if the profanity fits the character and the situation?

      Yes.

For Writers Only - Are you willing to allow me/other editors full editorial authority on a dialogue, that may or may not include totally re-writing a scene or an episode, in the event that I/we see it unfit?

I'm perfectly fine with it as long as I have a reason why.

Are you mature enough to not throw out profanity for the sake of profanity?

I dislike profanity, so I don't throw it out.

      Gore/Violence

This section is mostly for Writers, but Editors need to hear this too.

Are you willing/able to write violence and/or gore into an episode?

      Yes.

Are you observant enough to realize when enough is enough?

      Yup.

Are you familiar enough with the series to keep the level of violence on par with the rest of the series?

Yes, I've read BBO seasons 1-4

      Editorial Authority - Editors Only

      Chain of Command

Are you mature enough to recognize the Chain of Command, and respond appropriately to myself and higher ups?

      Yes, sir.

Are you willing to allow myself or another editor to change something you've written, in the event that we see it fit?

Yes, though I'd like for a reason just so I can fix it in later cases.

If you are not performing your tasks, are you mature enough to calmly accept termination, if it comes to that point?

      Yes.

Are you mature enough to cease from bad-mouthing 7th Planet Productions, Brywarrior Studios, and all related elements?

Don't really have a reason to, so I am mature enough.

Should I not give you the required credit for your part in an episode, are you willing to confront me calmly to resolve the issue?

Yes, I'll just say, "Hey, noticed I didn't get any credit for my parts, could you fix it?" then go on.

Aand now I have to wait. (is that how it works, lol?)

    • Yeah, that's pretty much how it works. I'll be looking into your other works to see for sure, but I do believe you have a job.

And I can change the schedule for staff meetings if necessary, it's just that Sundays really work best for me.

It's not a job, something else. I can attend but there might be a few issues (say the third sunday I have to stay 8-6, I won't be able to attend but it's guranteed I'll atend the next Sunday), but those issues I can warn you about. For my works, check my profile, there's links along with some ratings (by me; I was critical though with my ratings).
