Decided to do this. Gonna transfer most relevant answers from the Q&A page to here just so I don't get any repeats.
Plot: Alan Nomaly obtains the Simplicitrix, a device capable of changing him into one of ten aliens, which he manages to control with his best friend, Alexis Dwyer, who has the abilities of a mythical creature called a succubus. But what happens when the creator tries to get it back, using a serial killer as the repo man?
Migster7 wrote: Will Alan have any romantic affiliations with Alexis, or perhaps a love triange being present?
No romantic relationship planned though a lot of flirting between the two will take place. I also doubt a love triangle. Trying to think of an analogy for their relationship other than the Doctor and River (minus the marrriage part) but I got nothin.
A few things I've decided to confirm for the show:
Alan does get a love interest in the show. No, it is not Alexis. They don't become a thing. Sort of.
50 episodes will be done over the span of five seasons, ten episodes a season.
None of these 50 episodes are planned to be crossovers. However, this does not mean a crossover won't happen as a special. But no plans for one are around yet. If you'd like to do a crossover, contact me somehow and I'll see about meeting you on chat or something to plan how it would work. Ye? Ye.
Going to do 10 random trivia Alan 10 facts I feel some people would be interested in.
Alexis is actually older than Alan, by exactly six weeks, Alexis being born on March 30, and Alan on May 11.
While Gourmands do exist in this universe, and Alan does have the DNA sample somewhere in the Simplicitrix, Perk Gourmands do not. All Gourmands in this universe are Murks.
The Alan 10 Adventures was originally cancelled due to Alanomaly having been busy with the rap battles, but then came back after he finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Alexis learned of her succubus powers at the age of 12, a little after puberty, and an almost fatal incident happened which causes Alan's discomfort with her using her powers on him.
Alan has almost every alien Ben does. It is known he does not have Bloxx, Feedback, Crashhopper, Walkatrout, The Worst, Toepick, or Alien X. He may or may not have others.
Alan's love interest is named Jessica Nietzsche. Her first name, Jessica, is a reference to Jessica Nigri, Alanomaly's celebrity crush, and her last name, Nietzsche, is a reference to German philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche.
Despite being best friends, Alan and Alexis are polar opposites in many areas. Both of them are fans of metal music, although Alan is more of a fan of country, which Alexis hates. Alan likes wearing cowboy boots, especially when Alexis wheres shoes that make him appear shorter than her, which he dislikes.
The way Alan will use Diamondhead once he gets him is similar to the way alchemy is done in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, as he will smack his hands together before doing anything with his powers.
Alan is a history buff, so when a mission calls for it, he can know almost anything about history that might help a situation. He also has used this to his advantage to note that Jessica's last name is also the last name of a German philosopher, as said above.
Alan and Alexis are based on real people. Alan is based on Alanomaly, and Alexis is based on his friend, Alexis, from real life. Technically speaking, Richard also is based on Alanomaly, but is more based on him from the past, as well as based on Alanomaly's other personality, Pride.
Well, there you guys go, 10 random Alan 10 trivia facts I thought some people would be interested to know.
An Alan 10 crossover with RWBY will happen during the second season of Alan 10, and it will take place during the third season of RWBY, more than likely where the show is at the moment.
I should say this is one of those crossovers where the fan-fiction show is crossing over with a show that is real, so it is canon only to Alan 10, and nothing in it is canon to RWBY, and I highly doubt anyone who works on RWBY will even ever know it exists. So ye.
If you guys want to see episodes early and will have some scenes that are a bit too much for this wiki's rules, those will be over there. However, if you are more comfortable with the way that the episodes on here will be, you don't hve to read them on the Alan 10 wiki, but it will also have other information that may or may not be put on here.
As I said, each episode will be released earlier on The Alan 10 Adventures wiki than on here, and it will only be released earlier by one day. The fourth episode, Five Nights at Tacopolis, is now done, and the extended adult version of the episode is available now! The edited version will be released on this wiki tomorrow if you would be more comfortable reading that version. For those of you who want to read the episode as it is, check it out here:
For those of you who follow this series, it has come to my attention this series... just can't be on this wiki. The themes of the show are too mature and the feel of the show is too much for what this wiki allows.
That said, it will now exclusively be on The Alan 10 Adventures wiki.
Ebomnitrix wrote: I figured as much, but something I'm kinda curious about..
So Intimachi is an Incubus, but there are also Succubi which is the female version. How does that work for the Simplitrix database?
This is an... interesting situation. I've been trying to figure it out and I think I've got it.
You could probably say it's similar to Murks and Perks, and different regional Manzardills... except there's also a huge difference.
Rather than being a race thing like Gourmands and Manzardills, it's a gender thing, as you said. Like the canon Omnitrix, the Simplicitrix transforms the user based on gender, so if say Jessica had it instead then it would turn her into a female Merlinisapien for example. Obvious exceptions are things like Necrofriggians who are genderless. This would be another exception.
When I said there was a huge difference in this, it's because technically Incubi and Succubi, despite both being fæ, are different species technically. And due to the gender setting, male users can only use Incubi, and female users can only use Succubi. Because of that, both of them are in the database. Granted, Incubi and Succubi have the same powers, but are still classified as different species of fæ.
May as well discuss the Gourmands and Manzardills while I'm here. The Simplicitrix's Database page shows a lot of other Manzardills listed, i.e. tropical, volcanic, etc. Each of them possesses a differnet power, and a unique look to them to set them apart from the rest... Murk and Perk on the other hand have literally no difference between them save for their designs. You could argue the whole "Murks can digest human food which Perks can't" but that's not nearly as big of a difference as the Manzardills being elementals, hence why only Murk Upchuck, out of design preference, is in the Simplicitrix.
Been doing quite a lot of outfit/alien redesigns today, so let me know what you guys think. Note: All the bases, as with 95% of my aliens, were created by InfernalWolf, and I did get permission a while back to use his bases, but god knows where he is at this point. He's like abandoned the internet.
So the first episode of Season 2, The Annihilators Part 1, has been finished. It should be up late tonight or in the very early hours of the morning, or maybe just middle of tomorrow. Really depends on when the color coding gets done. Get hype.
So back during the earlier days of the show, I confirmed the alternate reality guy Richard 17 would show up. Basically yellow Ben 23 when I first made him, but will end up being at least a little different when he shows back up. In any case, I've got four of his aliens created as of now:
For those still somewhat invested in Alan 10, check out the CinemaSins I did of the first episode. I plan on doing more of these, cause it's honestly kinda fun to go back and make fun of some of the mistakes I've made.
