    • I have two non-spolery questions about the riddle, then I'll give my guess:

      1) Is he a canon Ben 10 character?

      2) Has he appeared in Young Plumbers?

    • Because I was not able to finish this week's YPG episode on time, I am moving Escape ahead one week, to January 27. This means you only have a couple more days to get your guesses in for the mini-contest!

I really wanted to be working on this series the last couple months, but I simply haven't had the time nor the ideas. So, Escape will be released sometime this week! After that, the next volume probably won't start until mid-May, but it should end a lot quicker than volume one did, even though it's twice as long!

    • One year ago today-on July 3, 2014-I first announced Attack on To'kustar. The series did not actually begin until January, and now I have already released 12 episodes! To celebrate, I will announce the (tentative) names of the rest of the episodes for Season 1. You can view them here.

    • I am going to be changing the schedule, not because I am unable to complete episodes as quickly as I want to release them, but because doing so gives me almost no time to plan episodes for the future. My summer schedule will continue releases on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, but I will take a break of about a week after each chapter in order to plan for the next one and beyond.

That being said, Attack on To'kustar returns tomorrow with Sisters, the first volume of chapter four, Attack on the Knights.

    • For those who weren't aware, I'm back from my long break, and yesterday I finally released the next volume (episode) of Attack on To'kustar: Knight (previously planned as "Sisters".) My plan is to release the final volume of Season 1, Chapter 4, titled "Proctor" on Thursday, but it may be delayed to early next week.

My schedule will be very rough: 1-2 volumes per week at first, but then hopefully 2 volumes every week as soon as I get things going. After Proctor, Season 1 has 12 more volumes, divided into 2, 6-volume chapters. I hope to finish Season 1 by the end of May so I can start Season 2 by mid-June.

Thanks again for the patience in waiting for the series to continue during my long hiatus from the wiki :)

    • The final two volumes of Chapter 5 will be released within the next week, either on a Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Monday schedule. After that, there will be a few weeks off before Chapter 6, as I'm switching to not releasing any volumes within a chapter until the whole chapter is finished. You can expect those to be released starting the end of May.

The following contains spoilers related to Attack on To'kustar. Please proceed with caution.
[Pietro and Vladimir Czeswin stand facing each other in a back alley. Pietro aims a gun at Vladimir, having previously shot him in the arm. Vladimir appears to be in shock at his son's actions.]

[Vladimir]: Fermi? Why are you looking for him.

[Pietro]: He's a former member of the Knights.

[Vladimir]: Yeah, but what makes him--

[Pietro]: I know he's an Esper.

      [Vladimir]: Really?

[Pietro]: Yes, and I have a feeling you know where he is.

[Vladimir sighs. He is grabbing his right arm in his left hand, applying pressure to his wound.]

[Vladimir]: And why would I know that?

[Pietro]: You were a member of the Knights the same time he was? No one seems to know where he is, so you were the first person I thought of who might know.

[Vladimir]: Well, I don't, okay? I haven't seen him since he left the Knights.

      [Pietro]: I don't believe you.

      [Vladimir]: Big surprise.

[Pietro, wickedly]: You're lucky. If I knew you didn't no anything, do you think you'd still be alive?

[Vladimir closing his eyes in disappointment.]

[Vladimir]: What did I do to deserve this treatment from my son?

      [Pietro snaps.]

[Pietro, shouting]: What did you do?

[He rushes at Vladimir and holds the gun point black at his forehead.]

[Pietro]: You killed my mother; your own wife!

[Vladimir]: I did it because I had to, for science... I thought you would understand.

[Pietro, enraged]: No, dad. I love my work, but that are lines that you're willing to cross that I'm not, and that was one of them. Now you're going to tell me what you know, or so help me I will fill your brain with lead.

[Pietro Czeswin and Vladimir Czeswin are seen walking through the streets of Hennington, a town just within the south-east segment of Wall Sera. The morning sun begins to warm up the city, but it is still somewhat dark. The father and son walk down a back alley, looking for the Forever Knights base in the town.]

[Pietro, angry]: You sure you know where this is?

      [Vladimir]: Absolutely.

[He gets to the end of the alley and looks into the main street. It is bright enough that he makes sure to check if anyone else is in the street. When he realizes there is no one, he quickly runs across the street and continue to walk down the next alley way, followed by his son.]

[Vladimir]: It's just a little bit farther.

[Pietro]: Don't make me pull a gun on you again.

[Vladimir]: As if you don't want to pull a gun on me?

      [Pietro, angry]: Shut up.

[Vladimir, chuckling]: I'm your father and yet you still take pride in threatening me, how shameful.

[Pietro, bitterly]: I said shut up.

[Vladimir grunts. He looks back at his son as he continues to walk.]

[Vladimir]: How about you at least try to be pleasant?

[He stops again at the next street. He looks in the street and this time sees three soldiers standing in the street. They are Jack Eastview, Emma Saunders, and Ricky Zhang, the three members of Regional Squad Corps Squad East Sera 7. Vladimir stops to watch them for a moment, but then notices they aren't looking. He quickly runs across the street as Pietro follows him. As the two run across the street, Ricky notices them suspiciously running and starts to run after them.]

      [Ricky]: Hey!

[He runs until he gets to the alley. Vladimir and Pietro are running at the end of it. As soon as Ricky turns to run down the alley, Pietro turns back, pulls a gun, and shoots at him, hitting him in the right shoulder. Ricky drops to a knee as Jack and Emma run over. Jack turns to look down the alley but Pietro and Vladimir make it just out of sight before he looks.]

[Jack]: Who shot you? Who did you see?

[Ricky, short of breath]: Two men... Didn't recognize them, but they looked suspicious, could be Forever Knights...

      [Jack, worried]: Great.

[He starts to run after them as Emma stays back to help Ricky.]

    • Hey all! This will be my last update on this thread for a while, so it's going to be somewhat long. I have officially confirmed that there will be a second season, meaning that when episodes return on May 23, they will be continuing for some time. I have made myself a schedule for the next few months for when to write episodes and when to release episodes. As said before, I am now only going to be releasing episodes when all of the episodes in one chapter have been finished. This is why there won't be any new episodes until May 23.

That being said, once I start releasing episodes, I will be writing the next chapter while the current chapter is being released, so there won't be a break between every chapter. My current release schedule is May 23, which is a Tuesday, and then starting on Friday, May 26, release one episode every Friday until I take a break, whenever that is. My writing plan is to give myself N-1 weeks for a chapter with N episodes, so I will always be writing a little over one episode a week, which I find to be a pretty casual pace for the summer (especially based on how I used to write).

So, based on this plan, the last episode in this group will be the 19th episode of Season Two, released on November 10. However, I may move the last chapter I plan on releasing until after the hiatus, in which case the hiatus would start after the 15th episode was released on October 13.

I understand that this is a lot, and I may end up writing less than this, but I'm being ambitious, and I'm extremely motivated, and unlike most of the last three years, I don't really have writer's block, so I'm confident.

I don't have plans for how long the hiatus would be. It would probably be until late April, with maybe a few scattered releases during the long break.

Finally, I want to make some more announcements regarding Season Two, including things I didn't put on any of the pages yet. Here is a list of the first several chapters of Season Two:

      • CH7: Espers of Percival
      • CH8: Espers of the Outside
      • CH9: Espers of Stone City
      • CH10: Espers of the Lake
      • CH11: Espers of the Homefront

As you can see, while the theme for chapters name in Season One was "Attack on...", in Season Two, it is "Espers of..." This corresponds to the official title of Season Two: Attack on To'kustar: Espers of the Heart. This name will become clear as the Season One concludes and Season Two begins.

Finally, I want to talk about some new characters who will be appearing in Season Two. This parts contains some spoilers, so beware...

      WARNING: SPOILERS MAY FOLLOW
The following contains spoilers related to Attack on To'kustar Season 2. Please proceed with caution.
I will be beginning some story lines involving the royal family, including the King, Hector Reiford, who made a brief cameo at the end of Lightning. I will also introduce some other members of the royal family, including one character who will have a large role in the events of the season. I will also be introducing some more characters in the army, and focusing more on characters who have been around for most of Season One, but haven't gotten a lot of attention, such particularly the children.

Season 2 will be interesting for jumping around from place to place. Each chapter will focus on only one aspect of the story; as you will see in the end of Season 1, the huge group of characters will be split up into groups to travel far and wide, but that's probably more than I want to say...

The spoilers have ended. You can read the next section normally.

I really hope you enjoy this news. I won't be taking a break from the wiki for a few weeks, but don't worry, I'll still be writing...

      I hope.

    • Hey all; quick update!

Starting with the next episode, there will be a "Previously on" and "Next on" compilation/trailer at the beginning/end of every episode. The previously segment will be a recap of important scenes from previous episodes, while the trailer will be a preview of upcoming scenes, mainly from the very next episode, but occasionally from later in the chapter.

To preview this new part, I have added a trailer for "Denial" to the page for Lightning. Check it out now!

My next update probably won't be for a few weeks, so bye!

    • Quick update time!

I am now halfway through writing Chapter 6 of the series, which three more episodes are done. Hopefully I will have the final three episode of the season finished in the next two weeks, so I can release a trailer for the final chapter of the season two weeks from today. This final chapter is jam-packed, and the episodes are already much longer than most episodes have been before.

And when I say jam-packed, I certainly mean it. Without giving away too many spoilers, this chapter has intense action sequences, gripping character development and flashbacks, tragic deaths, shocking betrayals, the surprising answers to many season-long questions. Of course, with every question answered, there are already three more to be asked in its place.

In the week before the series returns I will be posting more updates, and some cool special character bios because I feel like doing that, but nothing too impressive.

Oh, and later this week I will be making a semi-related blog post. Not saying what it's about, but if you know me, and know what time of year it is, maybe you can guess.

Next update on this thread won't be until next weekend. Cheers!

      Sven Schmidt
Sven is one of the main characters of Attack on To'kustar. He is a 13 year old boy from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, he is forced to flee. Sven has a strong will and a desire to do things in his own way, which cause him to have passionate anger against the To'kustars which threaten humanity. His goal in life is to explore beyond the walls, despite the wishes of his family. After the To'kustars returned, he took his first step towards his goal, by joining a military training program for several teenagers in Ateria and Teviv. However, things took an unexpected turn when Sven discovered a mysterious device at a Forever Knights base, which allows him to transform into a To'kustar. Now, while still unsure of how to control his newfound power, he uses it to help the army fight back against the To'kustars and the Forever Knights.

After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Hadria joins a military training program with several other children in her town and Teviv. As she prepares for training though, she soon learns that she is not like the other kids in more ways than one: she is an Esper, having mysterious powers that she has still yet to discover. • Today's update has some major announcements concerning season two. I'm currently going through a major revision process of my plan for the season. While this will not delay the start of the season or any of its episodes, it does drastically change what I had announced in terms of chapters. The titles of the chapters will all change. I am also abandoning the Espers of the Heart subtitle for the season, and chapters will no longer all be named similarly within a season.

I can also confirm that season two will contains six chapters and a total of 24 episodes. The six chapters are:

      • The Princess and the Nobles (29-31)
      • A Dangerous To'kustar in the Capital (32-35)
      • An Aterian Homecoming (36-38)
      • Night of the Transformations (39-42)
      • The Lake Beyond the Walls (43-47)
      • History of the Past and Future (48-52)

No character bios today. I will post the next two tomorrow, along with any other news.

    • Today's update has a lot of content but not a lot of announcements. Firstly, voice actors. Take them with a grain of salt because I might change them, but I've decided to give every character an actor who would voice them, because I feel like it. If you disagree with me and think I've made a bad choice for a certain character

      1. I don't believe anyone actually reads the series, let alone knows a character's personality more than the creator, so I don't think your opinion is valid
      2. But it probably is anyways because I rushed when putting the list together and didn't look at a broad range of possibilities, so if you have a suggestion, please do tell.

Secondly, a sneak peak of Denial, which will premiere one week from today. The sneak peak will include the previously section, the credits, including --VOICE ACTORS-- and a bit of the first scene of the episode. I may release another sneak peak of a different part of the episode as it gets closer to next week.

Finally, two characters bios, as promised: Michael James and Arik Iverson

      Michael James
Michael is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is a 15 year old boy from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, he is forced to flee. Michael tries his very best to be friendly to those around him, and goes out of his way to stop arguments before they turn into fights. When he was two years old, his father was arrested after murdering his mother, so he was raised for the previous 13 years by the family of his good friend, Teru Hikami. He is extremely extroverted and patient, though when put into certain situations with people he is very comfortable around, he can be more open about his personal thoughts and feelings. He tends to assume the best out of people, and never thinks that someone would be capable of doing something other than pure good until it has already happened. For this reason, he can be overeager and too trusting, which may prove to be problematic in a world where betrayal and deception seem to be common tactics. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Michael joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv.
      Michael's Statistics:

      Arik Iverson
Arik is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He the 14 year old daughter of Ben Iverson and Yolanda Iverson, the former of whom was one of the few people to travel outside Wall Via. Unfortunately, Ben was was killed many years ago, leaving behind only his journal for his son's viewing. Following his father's death, Arik was raised by his mother, who tried to spend more time at home in Ateria, despite her job in the capital working for the government. Due to his difficult upbringing, Arik tends to be more reserved and shy in social situations. Despite this, he is good friends with Sven Schmidt, who is the only person with whom Arik is willing to talk to about and show his father's journal. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Arik joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv. As the training begins, he begins to open up to his fear of To'kustars and the unknown, realizing that he can use his intellect to make up for his deficits in physical strength. Perhaps the smartest of the children who flee Ateria, Arik uses his smarts to aid him in combat, making him overall just as strong as his teammates.
      Arik's Statistics:
      Combat
      4/10

Lily is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. She is a 15 year old girl from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, she is forced to flee. Lily is very shy and often tries to get out of situations where she has to express her feelings. However, she can get very emotional about things that she is passionate about, or around people that she cares about. She is rather introverted and prefers to be alone, but that doesn't stop her from having a few close friends. At her school, she was in the same class as Michael James, and also became good friends with Hadria Carter. Lily is an only child, and was raised by her parents Graham and Kerry, both of whom lived their whole lives in Ateria. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Lily joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv.

      Teru Hikami
Teru is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is the 14 year old son of Soichiro and Naomi Hikami, and the older brother of Mikoto. Teru also grew up alongside his close friend Michael James, who was orphaned at the age of two. At times, Teru can be a bit of a bully, putting himself before others for humor or selfish means. However, deep down, Teru can be very serious, and often thinks the most clearly when he can have fun at the same time. Teru tends to try and dominate social situations, but he is slowly learning not to be as demanding. With Michael and his family, he lived in Ateria for his whole life until the To'kustars returned. After this, Teru joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv. Training with the military helps Teru to realize that his greatest strength is his intelligence, which makes up for his tendencies to do what is funny instead of what is right. Nonetheless, Teru is a straight shooter, who isn't afraid to tell people what he thinks, even if it might cause a disagreement.

      Noelle Williams
Noelle is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. She is a 13 year old girl from Ateria, the town where the To'kustars first return. When they break through the walls and get into the city, she is forced to flee. Noelle is very outspoken and kind, always wanting to solve problems when they arise. However, she often causes many problems of her own, and can be very argumentative if people do not agree with her. Occasionally, she can become flustered while arguing and turn from her normal, kind persona. At her school, she was in the same class as Sven Schmidt. Noelle is an only child, the daughter of Kevin and Molly, who spent their lives travelling the world before settling down in Ateria and having a daughter. After the To'kustars breach the wall surrounding the city, Noelle joins a military training program with several other children in his town and Teviv.

      Lawrence Carter
Lawrence is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is the 41 year old police chief of Ateria, and the father of Hadria Carter. Prior to the return of the To'kustars requiring him to flee the city, he had spent his whole life in the city. Lawrence is very rational, and can become quite angry over things he doesn't understand. He is well trained officer that takes pride in training the next generation of officers. He cares about nothing in the world more than his daughter, and will do anything he can to protect and make the world a better place for her. That has been difficult for him, however, ever since his wife was kidnapped by the Forever Knights three years ago. When the To'kustars return, Lawrence becomes the leader of a special team, training the children of Ateria to help fight back against the alien intruders.

    • I've been busy the last two days, which is why that there haven't been any updates, but I assure you I am still happily progressing in my writing. I will change my schedule slightly, however, to post eight more character bios tomorrow, and a trailer for the new chapter on Monday.

      --Paper

        Loading editor
    • The eight character bios will be posted later. They will be for the following characters: Tuesday Smith, Ryan Thames, Nathan Loretta, Penny Blair, Vance Grace, Maxwell Wagner, Troy Dieter, and Pietro Czeswin.

For now, here are some Attack on Order updates.

      • Due to the likely length of the season finale, I considered splitting it up into two episodes and condensing the first five episodes of the chapter down into four episodes. I may move a few scenes from the finale into previous episodes, but I have decided to not split it into two episodes completely. It will instead be an extended episode, and likely almost twice as long as a normal episode.
      • Some minor spoilers about something really cool from the finale that I'd like to share:
      WARNING: SPOILERS MAY FOLLOW
The following contains spoilers related to the Attack on To'kustar season one finale. Please proceed with caution.
I wrote a scene where a character swims through lava without any protection. I think that's pretty cool. To be honest, the season one finale might be the best episode I've ever written of anything.
The spoilers have ended. You can read the next section normally.

Okay, bios will be posted tonight.

    • Scratch everything in the previous few posts. I said I was considering splitting the season one finale into two parts but ultimately decided against it; well, I changed my mind. The season finale is indeed two parts. I have moved some scenes around among the first five episodes and ultimately condensed them into four episodes. They will be named and released as follows:

      • Denial (May 26)
      • Battle (June 2)
      • Friends (June 9)
      • Secrets (June 16)
      • Awakening, Part I (June 23)
      • Awakening, Part II (June 30)

As you can, most episodes are being delayed a week. Hopefully this will not happen again in the future. Also, because I have a few more days before I start releasing episodes again, I'm going to hold off on the bios I promised until tomorrow. Two a day Monday-Thursday.

One day this week I will release the chapter trailer. Again, I apologize for the delays. I will try to do a double episode at some point, maybe the season finale, maybe the season two premiere, or maybe something else, not entirely sure, but I'll certainly try.

      Tuesday Smith
Tuesday is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. A 17 year old girl from Ateria, the city where the To'kustars return, she is a conflicted member of the Forever Knights. Her parents were killed three years ago, after which she joined the Knights in order to gain revenge on the man who killed them. However, she disagrees with many of the Knights beliefs and often opposes their operations. When the To'kustars return, Tuesday initially goes along with the Knights plan, but she betrays the organization shortly afterwards, defecting to the army. She joins a special military training program, acting as a special adviser to the trainees. Tuesday is indecisive, her only real motivation in the world being the need to be there for her younger sister Wendy. She is also rather insecure, and tries too hard to gain the trust of others, something which causes her to not be trusted by many. However, those who do trust her find her to be very committed to that trust.
      Tuesday's Statistics:

      Ryan Thames
Ryan is a secondary character in Attack on To'kustar. He is the police chief of Teviv, the second-farthest southern city, only farther north than Ateria. When the To'kustars return and breach Wall Via and the wall surrounding Ateria, Ryan welcomes many of the residents of Ateria to his city. He joins a military training program as one of its leaders, and continues to serve the city as co-police chief along with Lawrence Carter. At times, Ryan is over trusting, which can prove problematic. However, his tendency too question his choices is matched by his intellect. He is willing to put the safety of others and the protection of his city above his own life.

Nathan is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. He is a member of the 12th Squad of the Regional Squad Corps, one of the five branches of the military. He is also an Esper, a mysterious powered individual. When the To'kustars breach the walls surrounding Ateria, Nathan and his squad arrive in the city, Nathan discovers that there is an Esper in the city. As part of evacuating the city, Nathan begins to help this Esper, Hadria Carter, understand her powers. As he tries to explain the situation, he ends up becoming an adviser to the military training program that she joins, all while trying to explain her mysterious powers and protect her for dark forces. Nathan is a very secret individual, not wanting any of his secrets to get out to others, and so he is very cautious when developing friendships and telling others anything. He is also very private about his life and doesn't like telling others his age, so very few people know how old he really is.

      Penny Blair
Penny is a major character in Attack on To'kustar. She is a member of the 1st Squad of the Regional Squad Corps, and as its leader, is given the title Knight of Percival. She is well known for being the strongest soldier in the army, and is very arrogant, always boasting about her strength. She is known to be very bossy, doesn't like to be bossed around herself, and she is known to not tolerate mistakes. However, she is also very loyal to the World Army, and as an Esper, loyal to Espers as well. When the To'kustars return, she eventually arrives in Teviv to handle the situation, and plans with the high council how to better address the situation. Though not officially a member, she works alongside the military training program in order to keep the city safe, while also helping the Espers in the city deal with the Knights.
