The Strongest is the fourth installment of Noah 10: Matrix Unleashed.

Numk was a brilliant warrior in his day, but he was mortally wounded in battle and nearly died. What remained of his barely living body was frozen. It has been 56 years, and he has been discovered by Dr. Animo, and Numk wants to regain his title of "The Strongest", but to do that, he'd need to get rid of Noah Segurason. Dr. Animo sends out 3 mutants out to capture Noah. The mutants ambush Noah at his house. Noah takes care of one with Wildvine, but the other two team up and knock Noah out. Noah is dragged over to Animo and Numk's hideout, where Numk wants The Matrix! And....he succeeds? Noah must use every bit of his Galvan knowledge to get the Matrix back and defeat Numk.
