The Negative Omnimatrix (Negatrix for short) is a Omnitrix created by Alpha in Ry-10.
Creation (and unforeseen drawback)[]
After the failure of the Omni-Enhancer, Alpha decided to even the odds and build his own Omnitrix. After stealing the blueprints for the official Omnitrix, he built his own device that was superior to the Omni-Enhancer due to having more concrete plans. Wanting to differ his device from the true Omnitrix, he decided to call it the Negatrix since he was an adversary of Azmuth, the Omnitrix, and its user Ryan. What Alpha wasn't aware of was Azmuth had a contingency plan, and made Ryan's human DNA the default transformation, meaning when Alpha synced the Negatrix to the DNA database, he was warped into a genetic duplicate of Ryan.
