Appearance[]
The Mutater is a somewhat muscular human adult who often wear a tank top on. He appears as an older adult man with slight facial hair which matches the color of his messy yet seemingly combed, grey hair. His eyebrows are thick and bushy while his nose is quite big. He also has his Mutation equipment strapped onto him at times.
Personality[]
The Mutater is a man obsessed with biology and science, so much so that he disregards the laws of both society and nature. Despite his obsessive work and research, the Mutater does take good care of himself as his hair is well kept and he appears more muscular than the average scientist.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a Human, he could be quite easy to defeat but he builds machines that help him protect himself and to be able to mutant creatures that become loyally obedient to him and follow his every command.

- He has only mutated man once, which was himself along with Dinosaur/Gorilla DNA. However, this was retconned in the rebooted series to stick with his warped code to never mutate a human being or himself.
- The Mutater is the only major villain from the Original Series not to reappear in Alien Force or Ultimate Hero.
- There actually was a storyline planned for him to return in Ultimate Hero but it was scrapped.
