The Ginyu Conspiracy is the first episode of Noah 10: Matrix Unleashed.

It has been 5 months since Noah has used the Matrix for battle. Suddenly, The Ginyu Force attacks the town, only to found out that Noah is still around. The Ginyus panic, but before they can escape they are effortlessly defeated by Noah as Neo. The Ginyus go back to their hideout. They discuss many different plans, some ridiculous (Recoome's idea to kick him in the shin and run, Jeice's idea to make everybody talk in his accent, etc.) Eventually, Captain Ginyu comes up with a plan to trade bodies with one of Noah's allies and trick him. Ginyu ambushes and switches bodies with Tetrax. Noah and Ginyu meet up, and Ginyu starts attacking Noah, but Noah refuses to fight his friend. Can he defeat Ginyu without hurting Tetrax?
