The Forever Council are a villainous organization as well as a political institute in Rise of the Antitrixes. They are also Earth-113's version of The Forever Knights.
Classes[]
Soldiers[]
These are the lowest class of the Forever Council. They function like policemen, also known as Forever Soldiers. They catch the ones who use the Antitrixes in illegal ways or break any of the Council's clear set of rules.
Sirs[]
These are classes below the king. They are office men, scientists, or sub-kings that help the kings obtain their scope. As such, they help them develop social connections with other organizations such as Rooters and the S.A.C.T., create upgraded Antitrixes or just help the kings with their things.
Kings[]
Those are the highest class known to Forever Knights. They act like the leaders of the Council. They can change the rules or do anything they want as long as the rules aren't broken.
History[]
They were once an alien hunter organization known as the Forever Knights, but as they discovered the device known as the Antitrix, they started mass production of them.
In 2013, they finally changed their names to the Forever Council, with the apparition of the Antitrix guilds and they now work as political institute and massive super company, but that being just a cover for their alien hunting institute.
Public Persona[]
In public, they have very much political power over the world, with the governments of all nations being controlled by them from the shadows.
Powers and Abilities[]
Most Forever Knights have their own Antitrix that allows them to turn into aliens. Other than that, they have high-tech armor, shields and weapons. Most of the Forever Knights had been trained to be skilled fighters and tactician, just like the founder had wanted.

Rules[]
All rules need to be followed by the government or by Antitrix users. This is the unwritten list of Forever Council rules:
- A guild needs to be legal, otherwise it will be annihilated, with every member getting arrested and/or tortured.
- A person can't have more than 1 Antitrix. If the rule is broken, the person in cause will be arrested and immediately killed.
- Refusing to wear the Antitrix.
- Trying to remove the Antitrix.
- Banned aliens should not be used by any means.
- If someone stands with Dark Guilds members, they will be immediately arrested.
Trivia[]
- Even though they are alien hunters, there are some alien workers as well.
- In this series the Forever Council functions like The Magic Council from Fairy Tail, just that they're more corrupted and evil than that.
