The Forces of Dark is the antagonistic organization led by Mordegan. Because of their similar goals, they decide to join forces to kill both Ben and Suzan to conquer the universes.

Creation[]
When Vilgax is revived, Mordegan explains about his goal to conquer the universes only to be shocked that Vilgax has a similar goal to destroy Ben and rule the universes as they were now called the Forces of Dark. Mordegan and Vilgax join forces to kill both Ben and his successor, Suzan Kimberly. As Poison, Malware, Khyber, and Dr. Psychobos joins the group, they decide to took revenge on Ben, especially Suzan for defeating him for the first time.
