Please Note the Following:
The Scenes that take place in the Ben 10 Universe (the place where all the shows took place) is in the third person POV, while the events that take place in the Bellwood Universe are in Ben's POV, or first person point of view.
Plot[]
In a city far in the midwest of the United States of America, its night time and all seems normal. Suddenly, the ground started to rumble. A flock of birds fly away from the town as the rumbling grew bigger and louder. Suddenly, huge clouds start coming towards the city, They are black and huge, bigger than anything anyone has ever seen.
In one building, Professor Paradox and Azmuth were standing in front of a machine.
“ IT’S HERE! IT’S HERE! “ Azmuth cried out.
“ I know Azmuth. The Curse has arrived. “
Paradox pressed a button and suddenly, huge machines on borderline of the town activated. They turned their orbs upwards, and then out came red beams. Out of the red beams came a huge sphere that surrounded them. The Curse came closer to Bellwood, clashing into the huge sphere. The Strikes were so bright, it was like lighting. Part of the Curse burst thru the sphere and struck the ground, covering the area. One lady cried as she and her purse dog were consumed by the smoke.
“ Paradox, you must flee with Tennyson’s child. “
“ Fine. And Azmuth... good luck. “
Paradox teleported as the curse burst thru the building and consumed Azmuth in a flash. As the Curse ripped apart Bellwood, the sphere having collapsed and the full force of the the curse upon the town, it started covering Madison Elementary School.
In a classroom, the windows broke and flew upwards as the kindergarteners cried out. The Curse covered them, going around them, and even into their mouths. The Woman in the classroom, the teacher, tried running out of the room. However, part of the smoke grabbed onto her leg and made her fall down.
“ NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
Her nails scratched the floor as she was consumed by the evil spell.. The Curse started surrounding one building, a tall skyscraper with an omnitrix symbol on it. In that building, Paradox was talking to a man and a woman.
“ I’ll take Ken via portal. I’m come back for you later. “ Paradox said.
“ Fine.... Just be careful. I’m trusting you Paradox. “ Ben told him.
Paradox took the child from Julie and started running the opposite way. After making a few turns, he saw the portal. Looking at Ken, he said,
“ You’ll be safe. “
Suddenly, the curse burst thru the room, throwing the two into the air. The Curse consumed Paradox as Ken flew towards his death, nearly hitting the ground. However, out of the smoke came a man dressed in black. He catched the child and grinned.
“ Oh, you’ll be safe my child. In my world... you’ll be my son. “
He threw him into the portal, and then motioned the curse to go into the portal. It did just that. He turned around, passing by the smoke, and walked towards his victory.
The Villain walked towards Ben and then sent a lightning bolt at them, sending him flying. The Curse started to surround the room, creating a tornado.
“ NOOOOOO!”
“ Ben Tennyson... for once... you have lost!”
“ But.... why?”
“ Because it’s for MY HAPPY ENDING. “
The Curse grabbed onto Ben... as he asked one last question.
“ Where are we going?”
“ To a world... where there are no heroes.... a world where I will control... everything. “
With one last cruel laugh, the curse consumed Ben and the Villain.
10 Years later....
The Boy woke up with a sudden surprise. He found himself in a Hospital bed, covered in wires and tags. He was in unfamiliar clothes, in an unfamiliar place. He looked up to the TV to see a news reporter.
“ It’s been Ten Years after that baby boy in New York was found in a Hospital. Right now, he’s still in a coma. His entire life has been destroyed by this coma. What do you think Doctor Jackson?”
“ I think that we’ll continue to help him, but if he is still in a coma by adulthood, then it will be for the best to terminate him. “
“ And I hope that everything goes well. Meanwhile, there was an attack in Ohio... “ The Door opened and a female doctor appeared.
“ Okay time to check on John Doe.... OH MY GOODNESS!”
The Woman looked at him in shock, dropping her clipboard. She was tall with black heels, spiraled brown hair, and big glasses. She took out her pager and paged another doctor. The Boy looked at her, confused.
“ Who are you? Where... where am I?”
Suddenly, another short and brown haired doctor appeared.
“ What do you need Charlotte... What the.....”
Both looked at the boy in shock.
“ He can talk. “ the female one said.
She left the room and then the male doctor came towards the boy cautiously . He sat on the bed and leaned forward.
“ Hi. You don’t have to be afraid. I’m a doctor. I’m here to help. “
The Boy continued to look at him, curious.
“ Do you know what you’re name is?”
The Boy then responded.
“ Ben, Ben Tennyson. “
I looked at the doctors, astonished that all these doctors were confused. The male doctor who asked me my name, apparently known as Doctor Jackson was now talking with other doctors. They took me out of the room to get CRI’s, Cat scans, and do a bunch of other tests. What they found was shocking to them.
“ There’s.... there’s nothing. Everything is normal... it’s like... Magic. “
Soon, there was the discussion of sending me to an orphanage. Within 5 weeks, a bus took me towards some city in the midwest of America.
“ What’s this place called?” I asked.
“ Oh, you’ll love it. It’s a quiet town called Bellwood. “
“ I do. “ Ben said to his life.
Ben, Julie, Paradox ( who was an honorary minister ) along with family and friends were in a meadow, with a tall mountain behind them. Today... was their wedding day.
“ And do you... Julie Yamamoto take Ben Tennyson to be your husband... in sickness and in health, till death do you part?”
“ I do. “ Julie told to the love of her life.
Paradox smiled as the two of them looked at each other.
“ I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride. “
The rest clapped for the newly wed couple.
“ Go Ben!” Kevin shouted as Gwen elbowed him.
“ Ow...”
The Two came close, about to kiss when all of a sudden, the clouds covered them. The Grass whittled, the flowers died and turned into ashes. Everyone turned up towards the mountain, where a man dressed in a black clothes held his hands, magic flowing thru them.
“ Sorry, I had Business to take care of. “ He said.
Suddenly the mountain created steps from stone as he walked down them, hands on the side. He grinned, for no one in the entire area knew his true name. No one had ever seen him before, and that made everyone nervous.
He got off the mountain and started walking towards the wedding. Two Magisters came running forward, but the villain flung his arms, and they were sent flying in opposite directions. The Crowd looked at shock as Ben revealed the Omnitrix, and prepared to transform into an alien.
“ What do you want? Who are you? “
“ You don’t know who I am? Huh. I thought my conquest over Ledgerdomain would be news across the universe. “
“ What?” Gwen said, shocked.
“ Allow me to introduce myself. I am the Great... Vladislaus Alrion. Born in a village in Transylvania. You have no idea how much pain you’ve caused me and my family. Now, I intend to get my revenge. “
“ What are you talking about?“
“ Oh, Everything. But, those details are for another time. I’ve come to give a gift. “
“ We don’t want anything from you...” Julie started.
“ But my dear, you will have it. “
He looked at the audience, and said,
“ You’ve made your vows, now here I make my own. You see, the only to win is to take everything from someone. Attack them at the heart. Ha. Everything you love, Everything all of you love will be taken from you by me. And as you suffer for all eternity, I will rise and my happiness will be forever. I will destroy all of your happiness, and once and for all, defeat the great Ben Tennyson. “
Vladislaus Alrion turned around and started to leave when Ben shouted.
“ HEY!”
Vladislaus turned around, only for Ben to transform into Swampfire and shoot a ball of fire. Vladislaus blocked it, before turning into water and hitting the ground, going into a tiny crack in the ground.
“ What do we do?” Julie asked Ben, concerned.
The Bus drove off, and I was in an orphanage in this strange town called Bellwood. With absolutely nothing, I quietly walked on the pavement and went towards the building. It appeared to be over 100 years old, and it was worn down. It also had 5 floors. Did I mention how freezing cold it was? Apparently, it was November 1. I had woken up in the end of September.
The whole thing had been traumatic. Somehow, I’d been in a coma for 10 years, and I knew all the words an 15 year old would know, to many’s shock. My whole life had pretty much been taken away from me. I was poked, jabbed, and swabbed who knows how many times. Plus, I had been decided to go to this really ancient looking orphanage. Things were off to a strange start.
I reached the door, which had a knocker. I went to grab it, but then I heard the door unlock. A woman opened the door, and smiled.
“ Welcome Benjamin Kirby Tennyson. Welcome to the City of Bellwood. My name is Diana. Diana Stone. “
I walked into the orphanage, and I could instantly smell cookies. But the thing was, it wasn’t the actual food. It was the smell of a candle that had been lid. I noticed how Diana looked. She had a pink dress on with black high heels, silver hair, Black lipgloss and that was just the beginning of it.
“ Follow me. I’ll show you around the place. “
She motioned me towards the living room. As we entered it, I was shocked. It was the biggest room I had ever seen.
“ This is the living room. There’s the fireplace, the library, the tables with Checkers and a plasma screen TV “.
She then opened a door and let me into ...
“ The Dining Hall. “
45 seats surrounding a giant table in the middle of a huge room. On the top of the room was a giant chandelier with a thousand diamonds connected. She then took me back into the living room and into the main hall.
“ Let’s go to your room. “ she said, without a trace of emotion.
We went up the stairs, which creaked with every single step. There was 20 steps in all. Going down a dark and lonely hall, she opened a door and pushed me into a dusty room, shut the door and I heard it lock.
I was alone.

In the Plumbers Base below Bellwood, Ben and Paradox are arguing throughout the halls.
“ Paradox! WE MUST DO SOMETHING! “
“ Ben, I’m sorry but even I have no idea where he is. “
Paradox then was grabbed by Ben and lifted up in the air.
“ But we can’t let him win.... she’s pregnant!”
“ Ben, the fight is already over. He’s already won. “
Ben lifted him down, and looked at him as two Magisters ran by him.
“ No. No he can’t. “
“ But he has. I went into the future Ben, I don’t want this either, but 8 months from now, all there is , is darkness. An endless void. A black world. A World of Nothing. “
Ben took a few steps back, and hit the wall, shocked.
“ The Curse of Shadows will hit. And when it does, everything will be ripped away.“
Ben looked at the ground, then at Paradox.
“ Is there anything?”
“ Well... no, it’s do dangerous.”
“ Paradox...”
“ Fine Ben. You win. You might get your answers from...him. “
“ Him. You don’t mean... “
“ Yes, Him. “
Ben looked at the ground, unsure of what to do. Then, he said,
“ Thank You. “
Paradox nodded and flashed out. Ben walked over to his wife, and said,
“ Julie. We’re going to the Null Void. “
I woke up in the middle of night when the rock hit my window.
My Room was covered in cobwebs, with a small drawer, a desk, one lamp, a chair, a little closet, and a bed. I had already grown a dislike for Diana Stone. She was very cruel, unlike the other doctors I had met.
Anyways, back to the rock. It hit the window, sending glass all over my floor. I woke up, and turned on my light. Getting out of my bed, I grabbed the rock, and looked at it. It was heavy, which meant whoever threw it was strong. However, I was only on the second floor, so it didn’t take that much energy.
“ Sssph. Sssph. “
I walked over to the window, when suddenly a pair of hands appeared. A 10 year old boy’s head appeared above the window with a rope, and climbed over the window.
“ You coming or what?”
The Mayor put down the phone.
He had just put a report saying his son was missing to the Sheriff, and he wasn’t about to let him slip away.
“ Where are you, my son?”
The Child had been adopted 10 years ago, a few weeks after it appeared in the orphanage in Bellwood. He looked nothing like his adopted father, but the Mayor did not care. He had a son, like how his father had him.
He would have had to go thru the whole process, but he had ties. His father had a brother who died many years earlier, but before he died, he got a child. Her name was Diana Stone.
The Mayor got up and went towards the fireplace in his office, and grabbed one of his father’s canes. Using it, he twisted it on a hole in the floor. Behind the Bookshelf, the Wall slid to the left and revealed his wine cellar. Walking in, he calmly grabbed two cups and a bottle of pure wine from Italy. It was the wine he used when he was in dread. Pouring the wine into the cup, he raised it too his lips, then hesitated.
His body stiffened, and he dropped the cup, the wine spilling all over the floor. He hurried back to his desk, and picked up the phone, dialing 0.
“ It’s Me. Something’s Wrong. “ The Mayor spoke to the person on the other end of the line.
I was with the most delusional kid ever. We were walking down the street as the cars drove by.
“ Why’d you break the window?”
“ To get to you”.
“ Why?”
“ Because you’re the savior, the one who will break the Curse of Shadows. “
I stopped and looked at him.
“ What now?”
“ The Curse. It’s the reason everything is. “
“ Kid, I have no idea what you are talking about. I don’t even know you. “
“ But I know you. You’re Benjamin Kirby Tennyson. You were born in America, and left at an hospital at 5. You have no memories before then. For 10 years you’ve been in a coma. The day you were found was the day I was born. I was born at 5:00 AM. The same thing you appeared. “
I stood back, shocked by what he said.
“ How do you...?”
“ I know because I know about the curse. “
“ What Curse????”
“ The Curse of Shadows. It took everyone from another universe and brought them here. “
“ Who came from this... alternate universe?”
“Everyone. You, your cousin, your wife, your son...”
“ My Wife?”
“ And Your Son. “
“ I’M 15! NOT 30! Where are they?”
“ Your Wife goes to High School. Your son... is in front of you. “
I paused, then laughed.
“ You’re my son? I got a son when I was 5? “
“ NO! It’s ... ugh. In the other universe, you were 30. You were Earth’s hero but a man named Vlad came and unleashed a curse. The Curse wiped everyone’s memories and brought them here. That’s why you were in a coma.“
“ Why Didn’t everyone else go into a coma?”
“ Because only you can break it. “
I sighed, and said,
“ If you’re my son, at least tell me your name. “
“ Oh. Well here my last name is Alrion. But my real name is Tennyson. Ken Tennyson.
“ Your last name is my last name. “ I said, not believing him.
“ Duh. I am your son. “ Ken said with sarcasm.
At that moment, a cop pulled over to the side of the road, next to us. Ken froze, and groaned.
“ Oh no. He found me. “
Out of the car came the sheriff. “ Ken. There you are. “
“ Hi Sheriff Blonko. My dad wouldn’t have happened to...”
“ Yes he did. Ken, its really late. You shouldn’t be out. “
“ Sorry, I had to meet a friend. “
“ A Teenage friend?” Blonko asked, eying at me.
“ Yes. “
A few moments later, he said he was taking us to the mayor’s house. We got in the car and started driving. By the time we got to the house, Ken was depressed.
“ Great. “
As we got out and headed to the door, I asked,
“ What’s your full name?”
“ Henry. Henry Rook Blonko. “ the Sheriff replied.
The Door opened, and a man stepped out.
“ Ken! You’re home! “
“ Hey.... Dad. “
The Man walked to his son, and brought him inside. Sheriff Blonko and I followed. “ Where did you go?”
“ To the Orphanage. I met my real dad. “
He then ran upstairs and I heard the door slam. Then, the mayor looked at Blonko.
“ Did he mean you?” he asked the Sheriff.
“ I honestly don’t know. “ Blonko replied.
“ Well, thank you Sheriff. Can you wait outside?”
“ Yes, I will. “
The Sheriff walked away, and shut the door. For one moment, the building was eerie.
“ And are you.. one of his friends?”
“ No. Not at all. This is my first day here in Bellwood. “
The Mayor seemed interested, and asked,
“ Care for a drink?”
I nodded and said,
“ Thank you. “
He led me to the Kitchen, where he went to the fridge and took out a water bottle. Then, he gave it to me.
“ So, are you just visiting?”
“ No. I think I’ll be staying here for a while. I just entered the Orphanage. “
“ Ah. Well, I’m sorry. “ The Mayor said, but I felt like he didn’t mean it.
I drank the water greedly, because I hadn’t even drank and eaten at all today.
“ So, why would Ken....”
“ I don’t know. He rambled about a curse, and another universe, and how I was in a Coma for 10 years...”
“Well, he’s got quite an imagination. “
“ Yet somehow he knew I was in a coma for 10 years. “
The Mayor’s face darkened, and he said my last 4 words.
“ Coma for 10 Years. “
Turning around, I looked at the pictures on his fridge. Across the fridge there was many photos of the Mayor and his child as Ken grew up. Then I heard a noise. Someone had a Knife.
I turned around, to see the mayor with his biggest knife, ready to kill Me!

He took the knife, and as he walked closer to me, he struck the table. On the other side of the blade was a huge spider. I jumped out, shouted for a sec, and spilled some water.
“ Sorry it was a big spider. “ he told me.
I relaxed, but he took the knife and put it in the sink. For some reason, I felt like he wasn’t aiming for the spider. When I finished my water, the mayor suddenly got ... defensive.
“ Listen. I don’t want some street kid, some orphan, some... punk to be hanging with my son. Now, you will stay in the orphanage and have your adventures with Miss Diana Stone. “
He grabbed my jacket and led me out the door, where the Sheriff was waiting.
“ Sheriff, make sure he stays at Miss Diana’s Orphanage. “
“ Whatever you say, Vladislaus. “
Blonko led me to the car, as Mayor Vladislaus Alrion grinned.
Ben and Julie walked into the Null Void Prison. Waiting outside was Ben’s Old Partner and friend, Rook Blonko, who had become Magister of Revonnah.
“ Hey, Ben Dude. “
“ Rook, my man. It’s been a while. And Seriously? Ben Dude? It’s been YEARS since we met and yet you still keep saying that? "
“ What can I say? It stuck with me. “
They walk down the halls as the criminals reach from their bars and try to grab Ben.
“ BEN TENNYSON! “
“ You LITTLE WEASEL! “
“ Don’t Mind them “, Rook started, “ It’s only natural that they hate you. “ They went down an elevator, and everyone was in a bad mood.
“ Level 5 - Criminals Attacking Earth. Level 6 - Criminals Associated with Incursions. Level 7 - Criminal Organizations. Level 8 - Project: Elite. Level 9 - Criminals with Mana. Level 10 - The Unbreakable Prison. “ the elevator said.
The Door opened and they walked down the hall.
“ Now Ben, I must warn you. Don’t let him see you, don’t go into the light, and don’t let him know your names. You understand? “
“ Yes. “ Julie said .
“ Then Put on your cloaks. “
They put them on and walked thru a door.
Down the hall, there was a cell with huge bars coming from the bottom and the top of the tunnel. Torches lit the hallway, and then they reached the cell.
“ HEY! HEY! I have a question for you “ Rook asked into the shadows.
“ No you don’t Rook Blonko. They Do. “ One man said as he pointed at us.
We looked at the man as he got up and appeared in the light.
“ Oh look. It’s Ben Tennyson and his wife, Julie. “ Hex announced, grinning.
Diana Stone was mad.
She couldn’t believe that I had left on the first night, and was furious.
“ How dare he leave! I going to feed him, give him drinks, cash, friends! And he ran away! “
I had grown to like Sheriff Blonko . He seemed chill enough.
“ Aiana, calm down,. It wasn’t him, and it was Ken. “
Diana rose, and asked,
“ Alrion’s kid? My Cousin’s child?”
I didn’t know that Diana was Mayor Alrion’s cousin. I was slowly making a family tree.
“ That’s what you say! And Guess what? The Rock hit the floor and left a huge hole! That floor is Mahogany! OVER 100 YEARS OLD!”
“ I’m Terribly sorry Miss Stone, but there is no more I can do. “
“ Well, have the mayor pay for the damages!”
“ I’ll leave him a message. “
The Sheriff walked towards the front door, and said,
“ Wait. What’s your name?” he asked me.
“ Ben. Ben Tennyson. “
He smiled, and said,
“ Ben, Goodbye. “
The Next Day, Diana was not in a good mood.
“ Since your floor is in ruins, the window is broken, and there are no more rooms, your room is the couch on the living room. Oh, and you will not leave again. “
For Breakfast, we had warm Japanese soup. in the soup was green broth, a few vegetables, and a squid tentacle hanging out over the bowl. I refused to eat it.
“ I just ... can’t.... ugh.... UG-”
That Morning I spend most the time in the Bathroom, vomiting into the toilet. Then, I spent the rest of the day meeting other orphans. Some of them were Pierce, Manny, Helen, and others.
Pierce was the leader. Manny was the Muscle. He loved Sports. Helen was the Helper. She was really good with the littler kids.
Later in the day, someone knocked on the door. Diana opened the door to find that it was Ken.
“ Can I come in?”
“ Yes... Ken. “
He came in, and then found me. Let’s just say that... I wasn’t too thrilled.
“ What now?”
“ I have to show you something. Aunt Stone, can I use your laptop?”
Diana sighed, and let us enter her room. In there, she had a laptop on her desk. Ken took out a flashdrive, and plugged it in.
“ Come on Man... “
“ Give me a second. “
All of a sudden, a huge file came up.
“ Project: Viper. “
“ Viper? Like a Snake?”
“ Yeah. “
He clicked on the file, and my “ history lesson “ began.
“ I want to ask you Hex this question. “ Ben started.
“ WAIT. I know Tennyson. The Archamada Book of Spells foretold your question. You want to know about the curse Alrion taunted you with. Well, I can tell you all you need to know. But, I believe a deal is in order. “
“ Hex, I demand you tell us now. “ Ben shouted.
“ Give me the name of your son. The One that will be born. And I will tell you everything. “
“ Never!” Ben snarled.
“ Fine, then you won’t gain anything. “
Julie grabbed onto Ben and cried out,
“ Ben Wait! It might be worth the risk. “
Ben thought for a second, and then said,
“ Deal. His name is Ken. Tell us what you know. “
“ A deal has been struck. Now, about the Curse. This... Vladislaus Alrion has made this powerful curse. It will come and strike like the viper that waits for its prey. Soon, all of you will be imprisoned in a trap, a trap you can’t escape. “
Julie started to tear, as Hex grinned.
“ No..”
“ Everything you love, everything all of us love will be ripped away from us like taking candy from a baby. It will be so easy, as we suffer while he celebrates, VICTORIOUS! There will never be a happy ending. There will never be anything else but pain. For All Eternity. Forever and Forever. “
Ben transformed into Goop, sliding into the bar, before becoming Humungosaur, and throwing him to the wall.
“ YOU LIE!”
Hex got up, and turned his neck.
“ It’s not a lie. Scout’s honor. “
Ben turned back to normal, and looked at Hex.
“ What can we do Hex?”
“ You can be the hero that saves us all. But that’ll only happen if you save your child. Your child will help you remember, and then when you do, you’ll be the hero. But you have to play your cards right. I mean, it’s not like you have a shield or anything... hmm?”
Ben looked at Hex, as he smiled.
“ Be careful dearie... you don’t want to break the wall, now do you?”
Ben transformed back into Goop and exited the cell, before turning into normal, and grabbing Julie.
“ Let’s go. I have a plan. “
Rook and the Couple walked out the tunnel as Hex laughed.
“ Oh, and Dearies, did you know he’s my son?”
Ben and Julie paused, and turned around.
“ What?” Julie asked.
Rook grabbed her by the arm as they left the Null Void Prison, with a haunting memory as Hex laughed.

It was 10PM, and I was beginning to get sick of Ken. The Kid was insane. He was just out of his mind, and needed to be locked up. He was believing in his own stories, and that is worst then going into a deep coma, for 10 years.
He had shown me a huge PowerPoint presentation. Full of pictures, and paragraphs. He explained how I got a magical watch that made me transform into creatures to fight against evil. They included Mad Scientists, squid things, Knights, and Magicians. Along the way, I got friends and family. I got more creatures, different watches, and many adventures. There were 17 Dimensions in the universe, each with thousands of different timelines. There was the Main World, Dimensions 1-12, a world called Diagon’s World, Ledger Domain, a Prison world called the Null Void, Anur Phaetos, a realm of dark creatures, and an unknown 17th Dimension.
“ 1 universe... 17 Dimensions... thousands of Timelines.... millions of worlds, trillions, and trillions of stars...wow."
Not to mention there were other universes... and even a realm called the Forge of Creation. That’s just the bottom of the barrel according to Ken. Though, I didn’t care about any of it. I wasn’t going to deal with the mayor, or Diana, or Ken. I wanted a normal life, and this wasn’t normal. I was going to leave.
30min. later, I got up from the couch, and went over to the door. It was locked with a special lock so that you couldn’t open the doors without the code. Luckily, I had seen her open the door with the code.
B3N1O.
I pressed in the buttons, and the door opened.
Blonko was on the late shift. He had been for some time, but it only was because the mayor wanted to make sure that nothing would happen. The Sheriff reached for a donut and his mug, deciding that a long and boring night was ahead. At least he might get some sleep.
The Phone rang.
He picked up, and then frowned. He wasn't getting any sleep tonight. I had escaped... again.
I was near the border. The border of the city. I had ran for a few miles, and there was only a few more left until I crossed it, and then I was free.
“ I’m getting out of here now. “ I told myself .
As I ran, I turned around to see the city’s lights flicker. I could see the whole thing from here. There was the main city, the Orphanage, Mayor Alrion’s house, and I could see a bunch of RV’s. Then, someone came behind me.
“ Lovely city, isn’t it?”
I turned around to see an old man in a black suit, using a cane.
“ Yes... it is. “
“ Then why... dearie... are you running from it?”
I decided to choose my words wisely.
“ It’s not where I belong. “
“ Oh, but it is. You just don’t realize it... Benjamin. “
I looked at him in shock, for I had not revealed my name at all. The man started walking down the road, and said,
“ Well I do hope you come back. If you do... come to my place. By the way, my name is Mr. Alex Stone. Well... goodbye... Benjamin Kirby Tennyson. “
He walked down the road, while I was shocked. Some reason... I got a feeling that our fate was connected.
At that moment, a few cop cars starting coming towards me, and I knew they had found out. I started running, going forward, and forward. I suddenly found the exit sign, and celebrated. I was going to get out.
All of a sudden, I fell down, landing on the dirt road. At that moment, everything went black.
“We can make a shield. “
“ What?” Azmuth said, looking at Ben on Galvan Prime.
“ Make a shield that blocks all mana, all magic. “
“ Impossible Ben. You can come back later when you really need me. “
“ Azmuth, I’m Serious. He’s going to do this. Now. “
Azmuth turned towards me, and said,
“ You really want this Ben?”
“ Azmuth, I can’t lose Julie or my son. I can’t lose them like you lost Zennith. “ Azmuth paused, dropping his clipboard. Walking towards a window, he looked sad for a moment, then stopped.
“ Ben... you win. How long until...?”
“ Finish as fast as you can. We’ll have to hurry. “
Azmuth grabbed his clipboard and put it on a table.
“ I’ll Try Tennyson. I’ll try. “
A few months later, Azmuth pressed the red button on the machine. The Tennysons, Paradox, Jimmy Jones, and everyone else watched the red shield surround Bellwood.
“ The Shield is now Operational. It will hopefully defend us from the curse. “
“ Good. Thank You Azmuth. For everything. “ Ben said.
Then, he turned to the group in front of him consisting of all his friends, family, allies,and the rest of Bellwood.
“ I know that you have lives. I’m sorry that this is all happening, but we must prepare ourselves. It’s going to come. Store up any food you have, any water, batteries, lights, sleeping bags. Be ready to say your goodbyes in case the curse does come. Because if Hex is right, everything you love, everything all of us love will be ripped away from us like taking candy from a baby. We must be ready. “
A knock was heard at the door.
“Kenneth, come in.”
The large brown door in the mayor’s office two floors above the police station opened to reveal a young boy at the age of ten. He walked up to a large wooden desk where the Mayor Arion was sitting, with a large smirk on his face.
“It’s Ken, father.” The boy said, grabbing a chair coated with black paint and fake crystals lining the back.
“Ken. Fine. Ken, I’ve come to inform you on the changes I am going to make around here. I want to make sure you are aware of what is going to happen for the next few weeks.” Arion told Ken, putting his feet on his desk.
“Which changes, father?” Ken asked. “
I’m sending you to an orphanage, son.”
Ken pushed back his chair against the hard, stone floor. He stood up and slammed his fist on the mayor’s desk.
You can’t make me!” Ken yelled.
“I can, Ken. Just watch me.” Mayor Arion grinned.
“NO!” Ken yelled.
“Send me somewhere else, sir! Anywhere but there! I used to look up to you! As a dad! But now…now you’ve changed. You won’t even for god sakes listen to me!”
The mayor snapped his fingers.
"Get this boy out of here, guys..."
Ken cried as he screamed in his father's face.
"NO! STOP! LET ME-"
Two police members grabbed Ken and ran him out the door.
Then I woke up. I freaked out, having dreamed about Ken and the Mayor. It was so creepy, like it was a real event. There was one thing I could not understand. Ken was a nuisance to me. So why was he in my dream?
“ Rise and Shine. “
I looked around, and saw that I was in a cell. I was in the police station. The Sheriff stood next to the cell with a tray of Eggs, bacon, and Orange Juice.
“ I’m... in jail?”
“ You tried leaving town but passed out. I brought you here. “
He opened the door and took me out. I ate greedily, finishing the meal within 10 minutes. Once I was done, Blonko started asking me a bunch of questions about why I left. I put this way: I was living with an evil mayor and his son was insane.
Then, guess who came into the station? Yep. Tweedleevil and Tweedleecrazy. In other words, Alrion and Ken.
“ Where is he?”
Alrion saw me, and then frowned.
“ Ken, wait with the sheriff. “
Alrion came towards me, grabbed me in the arm, and walked us toward the cell. Ken and the Sheriff went outside, and that’s when Alrion threw me to the ground.
“ What the Heck were you thinking boy? Running away like that? “
I got up, and said,
“ You people... are ugh...” I attempted to say, but was injured.
Alrion got angry and shouted,
“What? Not good enough for you? We let you come to the city, and all of a sudden... you are ungrateful. Boy, you have no idea how lucky you are. At least you’re out of your coma. Too bad you never got to knew your parents. “
At that moment, I tackled him and he hit the wall, yelling.
“ You have no idea what I am capable of. “ he warned.
Then, Ken ran into the room and cried out,
“ Dad! “
He went between the two of us, and Vlad quickly regained his composure.
“ Ken, don’t say anything. Ben is going to be leaving Bellwood. He’s a problem here. “
Ken got angry, and shouted,
“ NO!”
Vlad looked at him, shocked.
“ What?”
“ No Dad. I won’t let you do this. Ben is going to stay. Now. “
“ Not your choice. “
“ Yes... it is. Just... leave him somewhere else. Don’t lock him in the Orphanage. Maybe that’s why he’s trying to leave. “
The Mayor considered that, and said,
“ Where?”
Then, an old man appeared and said,
“ At my hotel. “
Alrion looked at him, and then at Ken.
“ Oh no... son, you didn’t. “
“ Let him stay there. “ Ken pleaded.
“ Ken told me his story. I’m willing to make double the taxes I have to pay for him to live in my hotel. “
Vlad looked at him, then me, and then the old man.
“ Mr. Ares... you win. Ben can stay with you. “
Alrion left the building with Ken, who winked at me, and the old man.
I thought about what Ken had just done. He had just argued with his dad, got a neighbor to help and pay more, and did all of that... for me. That moment, I made a friend. Ken might have different ideas as to who everyone is, but I realized right then and there... that he was awesome.
Ken was a true friend.
On the Omnitrix Tower, Julie was walking around, when she found Ben watching Sumo Slammers.
“ Ben.... I don’t want to be separated from you. “ she cried.
Ben got off the couch and went to her.
“ Oh no no no no. Don’t cry. Please Julie.... please don’t get this way. “
“ But, we’ve only been married for 10 months!”
“ But Together for 15 years. That’s so amazing. “
“ Yeah. “
They looked at each other with that same look they had at the wedding, and in a flash they began to kiss. All the darkness in the world slipped away for a moment as old feelings of love and compassion returned. For 2 minutes they heard a noise.
At that moment, they heard one of the Plumber’s necks snap. They stopped and turned around to see Vladislaus Alrion standing over the body.
“ Well Well. It appears that even I can break into the Omnitrix tower. “
Ben held Julie back, and he shouted,
“ Run. Julie, RUN!”
She started running as Ben transformed into Shocksquatch and shot a huge lightning bolt at Alrion. Vladislaus blocked the bolt before creating a ball of fire and throwing it at the TV, destroying it and the couch. Ben ran from him as Vladislaus cried out,
“ Ben! You can’t stop me! In half an hour, the curse will arrive!”
Ben and Julie hid in another room, where Julie was in pain.
“ Ben... I think the child is coming. Now. “
I walked into my new room. Well... new RV. Apparently, his hotel was a bunch of RVs in a huge lot. There was A/C, Heat, and a nice bed. There was a nice alarm clock, a bathroom, and even a fridge. Only, there was a huge messed up freezer. It shot out ice cubes at me as I was checking it out.
“ I call it the Rust Bucket. Probably because it’s my oldest RV. “ the old man told me while I was looking around.
I was scared for a second, then faced him.
“ Huh. Still looks young. “
“ Yeah. “
For a while, there was silence. Then, part of me had to say something. “ Hey. Thanks... for letting me live here. “
“ No Problem. Just... don’t break anything. “
“ Okay. “
The Old man got ready to exit the door, when he said,
“ By the way... my name is Max. Max Ares. “
As I unpacked, and I looked out the window to see Ken sitting next to a tree. He smiled at me, and unknown to the both of us... A sign for a gas station with 4 Triangles in a circle flickered, and the top 2 Triangles turned on. The Color was Green. It was the symbol of Peace. The Symbol of the Omnitrix.
Vladislaus walked down the hall, as Max Tennyson ran up to him.
“ Hey! You aren’t going any-”
He never finished that sentence as Vladislaus grabbed him and threw him to the wall. With one last breath, Max took aim at the villain, and shot at his arm, injuring him.
“ AHHHHH!” he cried, enraged.
He went over, and snapped the neck of the old Plumber.
Max Tennyson was no more.
“ That oughta do it. “ he grinned.
Meanwhile, the Curse had arrived in Bellwood, consuming all souls. Gwen and Kevin, the married couple stood in the street in front of the Omnitrix Tower as the Curse Consumed them.
“ NOOOOOOOOO!” Kevin cried as he was ripped away from his love before covered by the curse.
Moments later, Julie and Ben were looking at their child.
“ What’s his name?” Julie asked.
“ Ken. “
However, the bright moment ended.
“ Bravo, Bravo. You have a child. How... wonderful. “ Vladislaus said, charmed. Ben stood up and walked over to the enemy who threatened him.
“ Vlad, this is between you and me. “
Ben ran into Vlad, and the two of them went thru the window. As they landed on the grass in front of the tower, the dark dressed man swiped his hand, and the curse froze in place, giving them room to fight.
“ Then let’s fight. Come on Tennyson. I’ve waited my whole life for this. “ Vlad shouted.
Ben pressed his Omnitrix, and transformed into...
“ Diamondhead! “
He created a sword from his hand and Alrion smiled.
“ A sword fight. Perfect. “
Ben charged at Alrion, but he dodged and into his hand came his own magical sword. The blades clashed that moment. The sparks went across the field as they used many Maneuvers to fight them. Alrion put his hand on Ben’s chest and sent the hero flying into the base of the Omnitrix Tower. Ben transformed into Shocksquatch and sent a bolt of pure lighting at Alrion. Alrion, surprised did not block the attack and was knocked to the ground.
“ You and your curse aren’t going to do anything to us. “
“ Oh, we will. “ Vlad replied.
Suddenly, huge vines came from the ground and attacked Ben. He dodged each one of them, but then Alrion sent a beam of Mana at him, accidently transforming him into Crashhopper.
“ I need to think of a plan. “
Ben bounced on the top of another skyscraper, and the villain looked at him.
“ He’ll never learn. “
With one grin, he turned into purple smoke, and then vanished.
Meanwhile, Ben took a few breaths, relaxing for the moment.
“ I can’t ... beat... this guy. “
Then, the Villain came from the shadows and created a whip of mana, surrounding Ben. He transformed back into normal.
“ You can’t win Ben Tennyson. The Curse will consume you. “
However, Vlad had lost focus on the curse and started resuming. It hit the building, shaking the foundations. As it leaned towards the field they were fighting on, Ben and Vlad slid down the floor, grabbing on to a pole. But, the curse burst thru, and the heroes fell out of the window, falling once more. They landed on the ground, where Vlad disappeared into smoke, and Ben got up. A huge shadow was cast over him, as the Skyscraper fell. Ben transformed back into Jetray, and flew up to the Omnitrix Tower, where Paradox was waiting with Julie.
Meanwhile, Vladislaus Alrion reappeared, and looked at the rubble. The Curse was closing in fast.
“ And so the final battle begins, between us both. “
He disappeared into black smoke, and flew towards the curse, blending in as the curse began to hit the tower.
Meanwhile, in Mayor Alrion’s house, he walked in the hallway, alone. Ken was asleep in his room, and he looked in the mirror. He went into the living room, where the fireplace was keeping the house warm. He looked around the room, and then moved the portrait. Behind it was a safe. Opening it, he took out an object. One not from that world. One of the Charms of Bezel.
“ I’m almost done. Now to get rid of Ben Tennyson, and finish what I started. “ he promised.
