A few year after the original omnitrix has been destroyed, the remains of the device were found by Dr. Animo. He had created a machine( tech 10) with the core of the old omnitrix as engine. Oddly, the machine could only get access with the DNA-samples used before the omnitrix recalibrated itself. He haven't also no access to the DNA samples of Way Big, Grey Matter, Eye Guy and Ripjaws. With the machine, he has created an army of madness. The homebase of the army is a artificial planet in the Sirius-B Solar System.
