Tarface is a humanoid alien. He has drippy limbs and body parts. He has different shades of dark brown on his body. He has the Matrix on his chest and a single green eye.

Tarface can shapeshift and regenerate. He can shoot tar blasts which can melt stuff. He can melt stuff and suck people in with tar.

If he is frozen, he can't break out by himself.
