Plot[]
The episode begins with the camera panning closer towards a cell that Albedo was kept inside. He would ramble on about being trapped in a cell as he would claim that being in a human body was prison enough. Observing his surroundings, Albedo creates a plan. With Blukic and Driba coming in to collect the food trays that contained the food in a dish covered by a lid, Negative Nanomech would quickly hop inside before closing said lid. Blukic and Driba look over as they assume that Albedo had taken a rest as they enter the elevator while getting scanned by the security scanner.
An alarm is set off as Blukic and Driba find themselves coming into contact with Negative Nanomech as they would try and attack him by firing their laser blasts at the alien. Negative Nanomech would quick change into Negative Ampfibian as he would use his intangibility to phase through the elevator and make his way across Plumber HQ in order to escape. By attacking the Plumbers's security defenses as well as the drones who decided to attack, Negative Ampfibian flees the scene, making his escape successful. Making it out of Max's Plumbing, Ampfibian quick changes once again to Jetray as he would zip over to Galvan Prime by entering hyperspace.
The scene transitions to Ben and Rook chilling out in an arcade, playing a 3D racing game as Rook would be unfamiliar with the controls. Ben would help Rook familiarise himself with them as he would soon get the hang of them. Once getting familiarised by the controls, Rook feels the ground shaking as the walls would burst open as Steam Smythe, a new foe would come into fray, followed by a little crow wearing a maroon hat would fly into scene. Ben and Rook would remove the 3D-Glasses as Ben would tell Rook to buy him some time while thinking of who to transform into. With Rook jumping in to fight Steam Smythe, who was using his steam powered octopus legs (that were connected to a backpack) to move about, Ben soon jumps in as he transforms into Arctiguana, who would run into the fight whilst shooting ice beams from his mouth in order to get the foe's attention.
Cutting back to Albedo, the Negative Aerophibian arrives at Galvan Prime as he would transform into his Galvan form whilst traversing to his secret base that he had to himself. Albedo would enter his base as he would return to his human form and would start to work on something. He comments how Ben had been getting too many aliens recently, claiming the aliens as redundant and flawed. Grabbing scraps of metal, wires and other pieces, Albedo would open up the Ultimatrix's casing as he would work on his machine to synchronise his Ultimatrix with Ben's Omnitrix. In doing so, Albedo would be bombarded with new alien DNA, ranging from Conductoid, to Muroid, and so on and so fourth. Amazed by the array of Ben's alien arsenal, Albedo would complete the synchronisation as he would plan to defeat Ben once and for all, with his new array of aliens.
Cutting back to the fight with Ben, Rook and Steam Smythe, the Polar Manzardill would leap forward and freeze Smythe's backpack that contained his steam-powered, steampunk octopus legs as Rook would soon come in and apprehend Steam Smythe whilst contacting the Plumbers while Arctiguana transformed back. With the Plumbers called, and Steam Smythe kept contained in energy cuffs, a red, comet-like entity would soar through the sky before slamming themselves onto the streets of downtown Bellwood, further away from Ben and Rook, who look over to see Albedo as an artificially evolved Pyronite. Shocked to see an ultimate of Ben's classic ten aliens, Albedo reverts from his evolved Pyronite form as he reveals to Ben that he had successfully synchronised his Ultimatrix with Ben's watch, to which he called "wretched" and "lacklustre". Albedo activates his Ultimatrix and would tell Ben that any alien that he has, he had also, as he transforms into Negative Feedback, something that seemed impossible for Albedo to pull off, at least in Ben's case.
Ben backs up a few paces as Albedo seems pleased to be intimidating Ben in one of his many alien forms, especially the one that was his favourite from five years ago. Ben dials the Omnitrix as he transforms into Ball Weevil. Amused by Ben's poor choice of form, Negative Feedback moves to an electrical lamppost as he would jump up and absorb the electricity, redirecting it at the small insect, who was barely able to dodge it just before crafting a slime ball to roll around in. Rook would begin firing away at the Condctoid, who would absorb the energy blasts and redirecting them back at Rook, commenting about Rook's failed plan. Rook would call it as a distraction as Ball Weevil would launch his explosive slime ball at the Conductoid's direction. It explodes, as teh Conductoid is sent flying, before making a safe landing with the appearance of Negative Upgrade. Upgrade blasts both Ball Weevil and Rook further down the streets of Bellwood as Ball Weevil would change back into Ben. With Negative Upgrade walking closer to Ben and Rook, who were lying on the ground, he would get ready to fire his red energy beam again, just before Ben would transform into Lodestar and would distort Negative Upgrade's body with magnetic fields, just before getting thrown at a buidling, which causes Albedo to transform back.
Surprised by Ben using his brain to counter a Galvanic Mechamorph by using magnetic fields, Albedo would test Ben's waters by transforming into Gravattack, soon evolving into his ultimate form, something Lodestar was not ready for. Negative Ultimate Gravattack returns the favour by chucking both Ben and Rook about by altering gravity's effect on the heroes, with Ben and Rook getting shot further down the road just after Ben transformed into Armodrillo. The Talpaedan leaps at the evolved Galilean as he would begin to activate the drill on Ultimate Gravattack's rocky body. Distracted, Armodrillo strikes again at Ultimate Gravattack as he would use his gravikinesis to lift up Armodrillo and send him flying once again. Ultimate Gravattack would point that anything Ben tries to do would be immediately countered. Negative Ultimate Gravattack reverts to his base form before switching into Negative Astrodactyl, zipping directly at Ben, grabbing him by his feet and soaring off into the sky while Ben was kicking about. Rook would try to catch up by using his Proto-Tool to swing about, but Negative Astrodactyl was too fast.
Ben transforms into Brainstorm as he would electrocute Negative Astrodactyl, which sent him, as well as the Cerebrocrustacean tumbling down onto the ground, with the brain crab alien barely levitating from the ground, while Negative Astrodactyl smacks onto the floor and transforming back. Albedo compliments Ben's efforts on countering every move he could possibly make, as he would strike Brainstorm by shooting volts of electricity after transforming into Negative Frankenstrike. Brainstorm blocks the strikes by electrically-telekinetically grabbing a trashcan lid to pose as a shield before using his electro-telekinesis to shoot directly at the Transylian in a frisbee-like style. Smacking Negative Frankenstrike across the face which sends him back a few feet, Brainstorm quick changes into Spitter as he would spit out a powerful gush of slime that knocks Negative Frankenstrike further down the streets of Bellwood, soon smacking directly into Billion's Tower, thus reverting him to his human form, while Spitter catches up, followed by Rook seconds later.
Getting irritated by Ben's constant counter movements, Albedo would congratulating Ben for his resiliance in combat, acting out a way to make it seem like Ben had defeated him, with Spitter then transforming back into Ben. Ben doesn't buy Albedo's trick, which soon led to Albedo convincing Ben that he actually won. With Ben thinking Albedo was truly defeated, Albedo would catch the two heroes off guard by transforming into Atomix, vowing to end his battle with Ben once and for all, ending the episode.

Trivia[]
- Several references were made in this episode:
- Albedo repeats what he said at the end of the Alien Force episode: Good Copy, Bad Copy, with the quote being "Why bother in a cell? This human body is prison enough".
- Albedo performs the same move that Ben did in the Omniverse episode: The Ultimate Heist, by hiding under the lid as Nanomech in order to escape the cell.
- Ben and Rook playing a 3D racing game reflects on the same thing they did in Of Predators and Prey: Part 1.
- Albedo's base from The Tale of Two Frogs makes its return.
- Lodestar using his magnetokinesis to distort Negative Upgrade's body is a reference to when Blukic, Driba and the other, smaller Plumbers took down a Galvanic Mechamorph hybrid version of Fistina in the Omniverse episode: Outbreak.
- This is because Galvanic Mechamorphs are sensitive to magnetic fields, which would give Lodestar, or any Biosovortian the advantage.
- Since Albedo has successfully synchronised his Ultimatrix with Ben's Omnitrix, Albedo now has access to aliens like Feedback, Porkcrop, PatchUp, Gutrot, Elast-Elk, TenTen, Bullfrag, Atomix, Pesky Dust, Kickin Hawk, and future aliens who have yet to be scanned and unlocked, like Whampire, Rocks and Squidstrictor.
- Benzarro85 introduced Steam Smythe into Omniverse: At Night because he liked how he turned out in the reboot.
- This episode marks the second time Albedo uses more aliens than Ben, with the first time being in the episode Break In.
