Surds is a transformation used by Creeks Jeek and the Ecreekulatrix's sample of a Xerd from an unknown planet.
Appearance[]
Surds is a three-segmented lambob creature. Each of its segments are made up of serd simplification calculations held together by invisible forces, all of which consist of three lines of black text and appear to vibrate and "glitch" rapidly. All three segments are interjoined by purple tubing; the top segment is connected to the middle segment which is then connected to the bottom segment. The top segment has two scribbled, swirly eyes which overlap with the numbers in its top segment. The middle segment has the Ecreekulatrix symbol in the center of it. There is also a surd aura surrounding Surds at all times.
History[]
Surds is yet to be used in the Trixters.
Powers and Abilities[]
Surds' main abilities are to fuse with other Xerds or just surds in general. This allows them to form and take control of giant constructs which increase the collective's durability and strength.
Surds can shoot lasers from their eyes. The lasers become more powerful through forming constructs and increasing their value.
Surds, being made of surds, is an expert at surd-based calculations.
Surds is constantly levitating.
Weaknesses[]
Surds is very vulnerable without other Xerds or surds nearby to form construct.
Surds has no limbs due to Creeks having no limbs. Surds' lack of limbs also makes them physically weaker due to having less surds than other Xerds and thus less value.
Etymology[]
Surds comes from the word "surd", an irrational root number which Surds is made up of. It is also a pun on the real Ben 10 alien Surge due to having incredibly similar powers and whatnot.
Trivia[]
- Surds was originally going to have yellow tubes instead of purple ones.
- Surds' total base value is literally just 5√5 + 2√3 + 2√6.
- If you were to attempt to work this out, the total to the nearest whole number would be 20.
