Subdora first appears breaking into Plumber HQ, to free Darkstar. She is a member of the Grimleal, bent on reviving the Fell One. She frees Darkstar in belief that he has the ability to become the host for the Fell One. However, before they can escape, Darkstar attacks the Plumbers, seeking out Jane. Subdora stays with him, and in the end, the two are defeated and arrested.
Subdora somehow manages to escape, and is sent by Maltruant to steal the Orb of Pooma Poonkoo, which holds a key inside it. She recruits Jane, who recently agreed to help Maltruant, to assist her, though she has to do it covertly to hide the fact from Ben and Kai, who are busy flirting with each other. Subdora and Jane successfully steal the key inside the Orb, and leave the Orb.
Subdora joins Jane and Maltruant as they go to Dimension 30, the Looney dimension. She meets Kevin, who is the Bugs Bunny of the dimension. She assists him, then helps to fight to get the screw.
Subdora brings Jane to get a Time Beast Egg, when they are attacked by Plumbers. After escaping, Maltruant reveals that Subdora is actually Lucy Mann in disguise, sent to figure out Maltruant's plan.
