Stone Age is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Temporal Elder from the planet Huygens. He is a free-to-use alien, and exists within the Earth-216 universe, the main universe of Multiverse vs. Tennyson.

Appearance[]

Stone Age's appearance is represented as a bizarre, towering alien covered in condensed layers of thick, scaly, dark-purple skin, with naturally-forming, crack-shaped creases particularly around his joints and facial features, giving the appearance of deep wrinkles, along with a skeletal face possessing tufts of wispy silver-gray hair, four eyes, with two normally-placed ones and an additional eye each located on the sides of his head, slits for nostrils, and a powerful set of retractable jaws hidden by a shriveled pair of lip-shaped flaps of skin. His hands are grotesque in appearance, merely three, joint-less tendrils per hand, each tipped with a small white claw, that can willingly toughen and constrict the soft bones within them to allow them to act as normal fingers, and his feet are large, outstretched, and each four-toed.

Stone Age lacks an overall outfit, but has a pair of bright-green bands around each wrist and ankle, more resembling metallic shackles. The Omnitrix symbol is located on the back of Stone Age's head.

Powers and Abilities[]

Stone Age's primary ability is his limited access to manipulating time through chronokinesis, which he uses to accelerate the aging process of any object he physically touches with his hands, either animate or inanimate, organic or inorganic, by forcefully imbuing it with chronokinetic energy. By doing it to people, Stone Age can age someone of their early 20's into an elderly man within a couple seconds, greatly weakening the individual as a whole and depleting their strength, durability, agility, stamina, and the power of their special abilities the more he ages them, until they are too weak to fight.

If Stone Age were to age something living to a state they would naturally die from, they would be transmutated into a semi-lifeless, entirely-petrified statue covered in a layer of organic stone. Those who are left too long in this state will eventually die of natural causes, and will break apart into a mass of broken stone pellets, and eventually, into dust.

Stone Age possesses a powerful set of prehensile jaws that can extend through peeling back the muscles within the bizarre skin-flaps covering his jaws, revealing a muscular tendril composed of an extended, secondary throat, tipped with his exposed gums, teeth, and tongue, which Stone Age can shoot out to bite opponents and grab objects. Although its strength is nothing special, Stone Age's prehensile jaws can easily smash and break apart the petrified statues of any of his greatly-aged, living victims.

Stone Age also possesses a medium degree of enhanced strength, but a higher degree of enhanced durability, dexterity, and vision, along with sharp, strong teeth, and an entire immunity to physical pyrokinetic attacks, and chronokinetic attacks that are not his own, due to the fact that his species are essentially ageless.

Weaknesses[]

If Stone Age is defeated and forcefully reverts the user back to their original form, the unnaturally-accelerated aging and petrified states of his victims will be reverted. Although he himself is physically immune to chronokinetic attacks, his victims can also be reverted by chronokinetic age reversal.

Stone Age's prehensile jaws, once extended, are a powerful weak point that can stun and immobilize him for a brief moment if struck with an energy blast.

Stone Age is naturally rather slow, and can only really begin to sprint once he begins to pick up more and more speed while walking, but even once he's able to start running, he has a bad sense of balance and may have trouble slowing down or stopping over together. Forcefully bringing his opponents closer or stealthily ambushing them are his best bet to using his abilities on them.

Without any real concentration or present determination, Stone Age's reflexes are rather mediocre in speed, but considerably faster than his natural walking speed.

If attacked neurologically, such as through an Aerophibian's neuroshock blasts and an Amperi's electrokinesis, it can not only temporarily stun him for a brief moment, but also revert the solidified state of Stone Age's finger bones, forcing him to suddenly release anything he's holding onto and rapidly aging, unless he's able to recover his grip in time.

Trivia[]

  • Stone Age's name has a double meaning, referring to the prehistoric period itself due to Stone Age's elderly, almost zombified appearance, and referencing Stone Age's ability to accelerate living beings to such a point that would become petrified statues.
  • Stone Age's species name of "Temporal Elder" has no deeper meaning, and simply means "time" and "an individual of greater age".
  • Stone Age's planet name of "Huygens" derives from Christiaan Huygens, a Dutch physicist, mathematician, astronomer and inventor, widely regarded as the inventor of the first time-telling device.
    • In the Earth-216 universe, this is also the confirmed home-planet of Clockwork.
  • Ben 23's nickname of Stone Age would be "Old-Timer", which literally means "a old person", due to Stone Age's elderly appearance.
  • Stone Age was a pitched idea for a fan-made alien idea to be used in a Ben 10 roleplay the creator, WTB was and still is apart of that was scrapped due to wishing it to be used to make a free-to-use fanmade alien on the Ben 10 Fanfiction Wiki.
