Star Surfer is a character in Shade 10: Evolutions. He is a Stellarian from Planet Demeter. Originally an astronomer, Star Surfer was given Cosmic Manipulation by Nabu and Eshu (beings of Order and Chaos). His human name is Bobby Silver.
