Spinostorm is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Aeronyx from the planet Thwisavae, created by SOULARCHER20.

Personality

Sentient Spinostorm doesn't talk much, and prefers to translate his words into his actions.

Powers and Abilities

Spinostorm possesses a large degree of enhanced strength, enabling him to do a wide variety of superhuman feats such as throwing trains and creating shockwaves by slamming the ground. His strength extends to his entire body, from his tail to his jaws, which could bite through metal pipes.

Spinostorm also possesses enhanced durability on par with his strength, enabling him to shrug off most attacks seemingly unscathed. His durability can enable him to withstand extreme temperatures, and his spiny back can provide additional protection.

Despite his large size, Spinostorm's body is quite flexible, giving him agile evasion and making his tail whip-like. He can also run on his hind legs or on all fours, in which he can run faster due to his hands possessing sharp claws to provide additional traction.

Spinostorm's muscles are more articulated, enabling him to move his limbs faster in a particular direction, such as making high speed punches. He can also spin his arms and tail fast enough to form tornadoes, which can do considerable damage to an area.

Spinostorm has an increased lung capacity, enabling him to hold his breath for an extended period of time, allowing him to temporarily survive in space or underwater. His increased lung capacity also enables him to blow air with high amounts of force akin to a wind storm.

Weaknesses

Spinostorm's large size makes him a larger target for enemy attacks, while his weight may cause damage to weaker areas.

His back spines may cause him to get trapped in walls, while his tail may make him slightly clumsy, and enemies may use it to their advantage.

His strength and durability have their limits, which are both slightly weaker than Vaxasaurians.

History

• In Omniorigins, Spinostorm was unlocked when Azmuth unlocked Ben's second playlist.
• Spinostorm first appeared in One Big Omni Family, where he acquired sentience after an A.I.R. device affected the Omnitrix. He was part of the distraction squad used to aid Ben's team in the A.I.R. base ambush, and eventually aided in the battle at the A.I.R. base. He was then readded to the Omnitrix after being scanned by Ben.

Etymology

Spinostrom's name is a combination of the words "Spinosaurus" (referring to his appearance to the aforementioned creature) and "Storm" (referring to his wind-based powers).

Trivia

• Spinostorm can be seen as Ben's equivalent to Humongousaur, due to their strength and dinosaur-like attributes, while his appearance resembles Humongousaur's reboot design. His green colorization makes him resemble Alpha's Humongousaur and Ultimate Humongousaur's UAF design.
• Spinostorm, Lookout, Reptide and Clawnivore are all considered to be filler aliens for Ben's second playlist, as SOULARCHER20 believes that Ben currently has too many aliens and the four would only appear for specific episodes.
• Spinostorm has a habit of releasing a heavy gust of air when he talks, which may be the cause of his Sentient form's selective mutism.
