He has a "magic wand" which is actually powered by a Sub-Energy star.

Spectre has advanced magic skills, so that he can even perform it just by thinking.
He can become invisible and survive in space.
Weaknesses[]
Spectre can still be detected by gamma ray light.
If his outer skin is removed, Spectre can no longer survive in space.
