Skinny Chill is Derwin’s Omnitrix’s DNA sample of a Necrofriggian from Mykdl’dy, though most of them are from Kylmyys.
Ablities and Powers
He has the same cryokinesis and intangibility as all Necrofriggians.
His chestplate is incredibly cold to the touch, as it is wired directly to his internal organs. A simple chest bump could encase a Polar Manzardill in 3 feet thick ice.
